Repairs are not done. Difficulty with reps. I am still waiting on numerous repairs since April move in, including thermostat control, foundation and plumbing issues, internet unavailability, etc.

[name removed] has been amazing throughout the warranty period and helping us answer our questions or correcting things for us. I don't like the small issues we have had to fix throughout the first year. We have had toilet paper and towel holders getting loose from the wall. We have had several door handled fall off and. Little items like that that were nit covered in a warranty ticket but we shouldn't had to deal with fixing

No cabinet handles, no towel rack in master shower, poor back door steps, smart home is terrible we turned most off. It cost in excess of $1,000 to correct these items.

Wall hanger unit in laundry room not installed correctly and waiting on drywall repair to now happen. Dug up net and whole home not 24 hrs in went heywire and camera in garage not functioning since and want to charge now new owners to fix and did not tell new owners how to reconnect any appliances or device since building company dug up internet like less than 24 hrs of orientation appt.

Inability to just call someone and discuss. Filling out the form every time for each item that needs to be taken care of.

Warranty items never fixed. Audio recorded the truth view home lies. Hired contractors and never did work correctly. Having to go through builders 10. Accusing other peoples children of stealing things from the builder when that’s not even the case, and my cameras caught them making a false claim using their own employees to do this. Unacceptable still no apology. Shameful.

I wish I had a list of phone numbers on people to contact for issues I may have. [name removed] just one email submitting a request. It would be easier to speak with someone over the phone. I would have liked an update on when the stone work was going to be completed as well rather than being the one to initiate the conversation.

It was a very good experience all around. I liked how down to earth and kind everyone was. Our sales person went above and beyond during this process to accommodate and make the process easier for us as we came from out of state
