Our overall experience with the sales process was somewhat difficult. Unfortunately, working with [name removed] was frustrating at times. We often had to repeat information and go through the same processes multiple times, which made the experience more time-consuming than it needed to be. Communication was also an issue. [name removed] told us on several occasions that he would provide updates or follow up with us, but those updates often did not happen. We frequently had to reach out ourselves to ask for the status of things rather than receiving proactive communication. Buying a new home is a significant investment, and we expected the sales process to be more organized and transparent. While we understand that issues can arise during the purchase of a new home, consistent communication and follow-through are extremely important. Unfortunately, we felt that we had to stay on top of the process ourselves to make sure things continued moving forward. Overall, the sales experience could have been much smoother with better organization, follow-through, and proactive communication.

The repairs that we’ve had to make or had done to a “new” home that was not supposed to happen. Also we weren’t briefed about it having so much technology built into this house, we’re both in our 80’s and weren’t prepared for it.

[name removed] did far more to make my first home purchase process smooth than my own real estate agent. I feel like I had nothing to worry about since [name removed] was able to take care of everything. After the move in a had a few issues and was extremely pleased with the response time of Aspen [name removed]'s warranty. [name removed] on the warranty has been amazing.

I love that they were able to offer the rate but down to make my payment affordable. My home has had so many compliments from others about how beautiful it is. I’m very happy with my Aspen view home
