I didnt know much about what I should expect and I feel as though the builder's knew this and took advantage of it. I realized days after I purchased that all of the caulking jobs were done poorly, and I asked for a recaulk and the builder came without the caulk the first day and rescheduled for a day later. Then, upon returning, he didn't even hit all of the caulk spots that were cracking, some in the shower, and dismissed two other concerns about trim work entirely. I still don't have a contact for him.

I can’t not say anything at all about disliking aspen view homes they made my process sooo smooth and easy and this was my first time buying a home This was the definition of they want you to have this house!! 1000% satisfaction
