I would of like more communication when we were building, and also they didn’t fix everything we marked in blue tape. And our floor is lifting

Worst purchase I’ve ever made. Rushed through the walk through so missed a ton of things needing to be fixed. The things that were addressed still haven’t been taken care, and it’s been over a month since we closed. My house was never cleaned. We moved into a house that was filthy dirty. Paint all over the flooring, and cabinets. [name removed] match paint throughout the entire home. Hole in my foundation in the garage. I can see outside from inside my garage. Which is the reason I have ton of bugs in my garage. I could go on for another half hour, but I think you get the jiff.

I like everything about my purchase experience, the only thing I find room for improvement is the construction manager. Has been doing a poor job at following up with pending repairs at our home. Other than that everything is great we love our house!

Bought the home from a buyer who reneged on their contract. Although she didn't opt for some upgrades. I am very pleased with having tile throughout minus the carpet in the bedrooms. The walk-in shower in the master bath is a welcomed change. The whole experience with builder, loan processing company, title company, and HOA has been very seamless with no hiccups along the way. Everyone was informative in explaining from start to final signing. I very much enjoyed working with each and everyone of the representatives.

Quality of the product, almost everything was half assed. Super disappointed, it’s seems like the builder doesn’t take pride in their work, along with all the contractors. Multiple things wrong with my house from incorrectly painted base boards, texture on walls missing, trim around windows uneven and caulking done half heartedly, nails sticking out from windows and siding, uneven trim, a lot of issues. Lost a lot of nerves during the entire process.

[name removed] was amazing from the beginning. He listened to what we were looking for and found a house that matched everything that we wanted. He stayed in touch and helped us through every step of the process. I was apprehensive about the home buying process but he made it simple and easy for us to both understand and get through.

The salesman [name removed] did not care about helping us, he had a bad attitude from day one. He made no effort to sale this house, almost seemed annoyed, and at one point when my family was discussing potential issues and talking amongst ourselves about pros and cons of [name removed] [name removed] vs Nottinghill, he even said something along the lines of we can just go somewhere else. Every person I brought to the house and who met him, said immediately that they didn’t trust him. He said anything to get me to sign the contract. When I was choosing my options, I asked about a larger covered patio. He told me they were limited on what they could offer, but could pour whatever size slab I wanted, and I could have it covered later. I poured a massive slab based on his advice, and then was told by the HOA I cannot cover it. He also sent me the wrong floor plan, and we designed the patio according to that. I later caught the mistake and we had to revise the contract. Thank God the patio had not yet been poured. But now I am stuck with a huge useless uncovered slab of concrete. I did my second walkthrough to see the repairs that were done after the first one, and there were still so many mistakes and sloppy work. I was flying in from out of state for this, so I arrived again a week later to close. But there was no walkthrough offered to me after the second round of repairs. Now we are in a house with a massive amount of issues that weren’t addressed. The floors are separating and coming up in 4 areas. 2 doors that were marked to be replaced are still in my house, WITH the tape that said “replace” still on them. 2 things I paid extra for are not installed. The painters have ruined all of my floors. Every single edge of the dark vinyl plank flooring have white paint splatters on them. In small rooms such as the bathrooms, the entire floor has paint splatters. Multiple areas that were rough and had bad paint jobs, areas that were marked to be sanded down and repainted, were ignored and are a huge eye sore for us now. My garage floor has several large chunks of concrete that were spilled, one so big and jagged that I cut my foot when I stepped on it. The list goes on. A list which I emailed [name removed] and [name removed] about 3 weeks ago, and I have yet to get a response. The workmanship warranty says it covers flooring defects and paint on surfaces it shouldn’t be, but there is a $75 service charge? Are you kidding me??? That isn’t a warranty. Why should I have to pay more money for them to fix their sloppy work that should have been done before I moved in? I have taken photos of every bit of careless work that was sold to me, and absolutely intend to write public reviews with them. I understand I am a number to you, but this is my family home. I paid a lot of money for this house. And I am really shocked and disappointed at the quality of work that was done. Even the Best Buy delivery man asked me who my builder was. When I asked why, he told me he couldn’t believe some of the cheap components they installed that would easily break and cause me a lot of problems. I think [name removed] has some nice floorplans and attractive houses, but they obviously don’t take pride in their work. I would never recommend anyone I know to build with them.
