It takes to long for someone to come out and fix things.

The garage is too tight. They should have provided a separate space for the outside A/C to enable 2 vehicles move freely in and out. This is a feature which is unnoticeable at first since the model home doesn't show the garage before purchase. Secondly the master bedroom is too small compared to the big square feet of the home

Overall, my experience building with Cadence Homes was positive and well-managed. As a first time home buyer, I felt supported throughout the process, and the communication from both [name removed] & [name removed] made a stressful process much smoother. [name removed] was extremely knowledgeable and transparent from the beginning. She took the time to explain pricing, upgrades, and timelines clearly, and I never felt rushed or pressured into decisions. Questions were answered promptly, and communication remained consistent throughout the entire purchase & even after closing. [name removed] did an excellent job managing the build. He provided regular updates, answered questions thoroughly, and addressed any concerns quickly and professionally. I greatly appreciate the attention to detail and willingness to walk me through items especially during inspection to ensure everything was handled correctly. Based on my experience, I would recommend Cadence Homes to anyone considering a new town home build. The combination of a supportive sales team and a well-managed project manager made a big difference. I am forever grateful.

I did not like the miscommunication and delay in communication from corporate when it came to updates on the process of the home. As well as things that were given a green light then later to be told that no we can't do that. Along with plans that say option rail but then when asked to purchase upgrade of that specific item you are told we cannot provide that. Overall communication and display of what buyers could and could not get as an upgrade was not clear and was not told accurate information consistently was the biggest issue.

The very 1st day I came to look at my now home I met [name removed] and [name removed]. They were amazing! [name removed] kept me well informed on all the steps, any updates and was always available to answer any questions I may have had. I really enjoyed working with her! [name removed] was also great and very informative when showing me all the specs and details of my home. I also went with a loan officer that Cadence suggested. I am so happy I did. I chose to work with [name removed] at Revolutionary mortgage. He was so transparent, helpful and made this process easy. As a 1st home buyer I truly don't understand why I have heard so many horror stories when it comes to buying a house. My experience from beginning to end was fantastic. I love my new home so much! It's everything I prayed for.
