[name removed] and [name removed] went above and beyond every day for us! It doesn’t matter what we asked for, they either took care of it immediately or went even farther with it than we ever expected. This is our fourth home to build and we have been blessed with excellent Sales people and Contractors, but [name removed] and [name removed] took it to a new level. [name removed] and [name removed] truly care about taking care of their customers and making every little thing EXACTLY right. We would build again and again with these two if offered the opportunity. They make a great team and constantly supported us. [name removed] updated us every time he had new info on the development. [name removed] and [name removed] called us every single week like they said they would, never over promised but constantly tried to help us make things better where they could. [name removed] even researched why our silly street name was called “mews”! [name removed] pulled in the end date for us by two days so that we could move over Spring Break! He cleaned the house in areas personally because it “just wasn’t right”. These two took building our house and treated it like they were building theirs. We were constantly impressed and exceedingly grateful for all they did to make our house a home.

Sales and closing process was easy and mostly pain free. Everyone was great to work with. That said, I’ve never had so many warranty issues on a new home. Frequent electrical problems: overloaded circuit, driveway light lasts about 2 weeks, garage door opener has to be frequently reprogrammed, microwave is venting into the kitchen instead of outside, roof vent blew off, A/C thermostats were reversed, i.e. upstairs controller downstairs and downstairs controlled upstairs. etc.

Likes: My sales representative, [name removed], and construction manager, [name removed], were very responsive, professional, realistic and easy to work with. I also really like the floorplan, dual sinks in 2nd bath, covered patio and fenced back yard. Dislike: during construction the site was extremely trashy (at one point the 2-car garage was waste deep in trash and the interior was very dirty even after flooring was installed so much so the dark color grout in the floors have discolored due to ground in sheet rock, paint and other debris (this was my 4th build and by far the most filthy).

My buying and move-in experience in [name removed] has been excellent from Day 1. Starting with agent [name removed], my questions/needs were answered and met with clarity and promptness. Smooth sailing from offer to closing. Since closing and move-in, [name removed] has been a trusted resource with all my Townhome needs. I ask a lot of questions and [name removed] has a lot of answers!! There is definitely a "superior" homeowner service mentality from the builder. You couldn't ask for a better team, many kudos and thanks to the entire Candence crew!!

Overall, my experience building with Cadence Homes was positive and well-managed. As a first time home buyer, I felt supported throughout the process, and the communication from both [name removed] & [name removed] made a stressful process much smoother. [name removed] was extremely knowledgeable and transparent from the beginning. She took the time to explain pricing, upgrades, and timelines clearly, and I never felt rushed or pressured into decisions. Questions were answered promptly, and communication remained consistent throughout the entire purchase & even after closing. [name removed] did an excellent job managing the build. He provided regular updates, answered questions thoroughly, and addressed any concerns quickly and professionally. I greatly appreciate the attention to detail and willingness to walk me through items especially during inspection to ensure everything was handled correctly. Based on my experience, I would recommend Cadence Homes to anyone considering a new town home build. The combination of a supportive sales team and a well-managed project manager made a big difference. I am forever grateful.

The garage is too tight. They should have provided a separate space for the outside A/C to enable 2 vehicles move freely in and out. This is a feature which is unnoticeable at first since the model home doesn't show the garage before purchase. Secondly the master bedroom is too small compared to the big square feet of the home
