[name removed] was great. [name removed] has been great and accommodating as possible. The accountability of the design center team was not good. There were several errors that had to be addressed. Sub contractors are not providing the quality that a million dollar home deserves. Particularly the tile people. Paint detail and sharp lines are lacking.

What I liked most about my purchase experience with Cadence Homes was how smooth and stress-free the entire process felt. [name removed], the sales agent, was patient, knowledgeable, and always available to answer my questions. [name removed], the construction manager, was incredibly helpful, attentive, and kept me informed throughout the process. They both went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and supported every step of the way. Even after closing, they have continued to check on me, which shows how much they genuinely care about their homeowners. It was truly a positive experience from start to finish

We were significantly delayed from when they said it would be ready and then they moved up closing and the house was not ready to be occupied. [name removed] has done a great job addressing issues but in my opinion, there is so much still left to be done and done correctly.

Overall, the purchase experience was positive and the Cadence team was great to work with. My biggest frustration was with the financing process through Cadence’s partnered finance company. There were a couple of hiccups that felt caused by a lack of knowledge and transparency, which created unnecessary stress during the process. Thankfully, [name removed] and April stepped in to help resolve one of the issues and were both very helpful and responsive. [name removed] has also been absolutely amazing throughout the process… always prompt, patient, and kind. I’m not always the easiest person to get ahold of, and he consistently went above and beyond to communicate and help however he could. His customer service made a huge difference in the overall experience.

I was not contacted after 6 months to discuss any issues as was promised. The lack of touch up paint remains a sore spot. And I have noticed a few sloppy cuts on baseboard trim what just got painted over. I should have inspected the details more closely.
