Cadence homes was very easy to work with ! The hardest part was the closing date that was a very flexible moving target and trying to make sure I had a place to live in the meantime. It would have been nice to be able to better specify a move in date. The warranty process has been the best part. [name removed] has far exceeded my expectations and made everything so easy. Thank you!

There are a number of malfunctions such as the dish washer, garbage disposal, cracks in the walls and a major draft coming through the front door, which is disappointing because I didn't move in to tje property until 2/1/2025 after closing on the property 9/2024.

Some of the material used for the homes are low quality. I appreciate their speedy response to things that needs to be fixed

Easy closing. My realtor says it's value has decreased $11,000 since closing.

I liked the quality of material used and overall build style. One thing that could have been a little better are the finishing touches. But overall, it was a great experience and I would love to recommend it to friends and family.

Beginning was tricky due to that fact that initial sales lady was not communicative and also I was first homeowner in the subdivision. But once [name removed] and [name removed] came on, the movement of communication and process of getting things in place got much better. I got bi monthly updates and it was very clearly communicated the status of the build. I was able to walk the property as it was getting built and request items which if they could accomodate they did.

My family and I continue to enjoy the continued open door policy or availability of our sales team and builder if any problems or issues arise.

Everything went smoothly, nothing is perfect but they sure was willing to do any touch up that we pointed out and made sure we were happy.

I was kept informed on the progress of the building stages, which was appreciated since I was an out of town buyer.

Overall the home is very nice, I appreciate many of the touches. The molding is nice, the kitchen is nice with the finishes. I really like the master shower. The light switches in some of the rooms are in odd places, i.e. the master bathroom is behind the door so it's awkward to get to. Also the paint used in the house is terrible quality. It marks up very easily and requires constant touch up. It feels like I need to repaint the whole inside

Cadence moved quickly to get a HVAC zone mix-up fixed in my townhome.

Homebuilder Customer Reviews

No one knows more about a homebuilder's quality and service than the builder's customers.

Since 1984, Eliant has been independently evaluating the performance of homebuilders across the U.S., Canada, and the Middle East:

  • We ask recent homebuyers to evaluate their builder's purchase process.
  • Then, we ask homeowners to evaluate their builder's quality and service (1) after the first 5-months in the home, and (2) again at the end of the first year.

In "Homebuilder Customer Reviews", we present the ratings and comments collected from new-home buyers at these three points in time.

Eliant verifies that only evaluations completed by actual customers are included in this "Homebuilder Customer Reviews" site. No other evaluations - whether collected by the builder or those appearing on other public sites - are included here. All customer comments are included verbatim, no editing is permitted.
