My issue is with the HOA fees. The incentive for new home buyers (2 years without HOA fees). [name removed] HOA fees was the only drawback I had with continuing to apply for my home. Now, seeing 2 years free of fees... I have also learned that I have neighbors that are not paying fees for another year or so. No wonder the fees are so high. I am happy with my home, but this issue is definitely a deciding factor for how long I plan to stay here.

The staff was amazing, the homes are built with the cheapest materials, find lots of issues lately which is my fault I should of done a more through investigation builder I forgot his name but he was very helpful as well so thankyou for that

[name removed] was great. [name removed] has been great and accommodating as possible. The accountability of the design center team was not good. There were several errors that had to be addressed. Sub contractors are not providing the quality that a million dollar home deserves. Particularly the tile people. Paint detail and sharp lines are lacking.

What I liked most about my purchase experience with Cadence Homes was how smooth and stress-free the entire process felt. [name removed], the construction manager, was incredibly helpful, attentive, and kept me informed throughout the process. They both went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and supported every step of the way. Even after closing, they have continued to check on me, which shows how much they genuinely care about their homeowners. It was truly a positive experience from start to finish

Like: Communication was great Dislike: Nothing to do with Cadence or Cadence staff. Vender that was assigned to make a repair was an issue.

We were significantly delayed from when they said it would be ready and then they moved up closing and the house was not ready to be occupied. [name removed] has done a great job addressing issues but in my opinion, there is so much still left to be done and done correctly.
