Overall, my experience building with Cadence Homes was positive and well-managed. As a first time home buyer, I felt supported throughout the process, and the communication from both [name removed] & [name removed] made a stressful process much smoother. [name removed] was extremely knowledgeable and transparent from the beginning. She took the time to explain pricing, upgrades, and timelines clearly, and I never felt rushed or pressured into decisions. Questions were answered promptly, and communication remained consistent throughout the entire purchase & even after closing. [name removed] did an excellent job managing the build. He provided regular updates, answered questions thoroughly, and addressed any concerns quickly and professionally. I greatly appreciate the attention to detail and willingness to walk me through items especially during inspection to ensure everything was handled correctly. Based on my experience, I would recommend Cadence Homes to anyone considering a new town home build. The combination of a supportive sales team and a well-managed project manager made a big difference. I am forever grateful.

We enjoy living in this community, our townhouse is beautiful, the area very clean and the openness of the spaces. The resort is fantastic. Great job Cadence Community.

The garage is too tight. They should have provided a separate space for the outside A/C to enable 2 vehicles move freely in and out. This is a feature which is unnoticeable at first since the model home doesn't show the garage before purchase. Secondly the master bedroom is too small compared to the big square feet of the home

We are experiencing 2 leaks with the most recent one before Thanksgiving. Everyone is nice and very helpful but it's just the quality of the build. Also a lawfirm sent us a letter from Illusion construction company asking for a payment for a roofing service that Cadence hired them for but it's addressed to us and we aren't aware of it. The construction company confirmed that it's between them and Cadence home so hopefully it gets resolved as it is addressed in our name.

The entire experience was truly top notch. We first met [name removed], because it was Chads day off. Working with both of them has been seemless. They are both always extremely helpful and kind. [name removed] goes above and beyond. [name removed] has also been a pleasure to work with. He has been extremely helpful and patient. I had a lot to learn with regard to the house. The entire experience has been wonderful. Kudos to this team of amazing people.
