I like our construction manager [name removed], he is pleasant and responsive. I feel communication about things for the new move could have been better we didn’t receive a lot of information and are finding out things on our own.

As a new home materials used for the home seem to be of lower quality. The kitchen/living room floors are stained and tearing up already. We have a crack in the wall. Living room space is super small. Just seems like they used lower quality materials despite the cost of the home.

Really liked working with [name removed] and the Construction [name removed]. Also enjoyed the process at the Design Center. They always were available to answer questions and our concerns. We had concerns about the kitchen cabinets along the way. They installed something different than what was in the drawings...but they eventually got it correct and they look great.

I liked the transparency in communication the Cadence team maintained with me throughout the process. I felt very comfortable contacting [name removed] and [name removed] with any questions or concerns I had throughout the process and they made the entire experience feel like a team effort and partnership. As I have moved in and began noticing punch list items needing attention, [name removed] and [name removed] have continued to keep in touch with me and ensure the items have been appropriately addressed and closed out.

warranty service has been dismal, 5 months in and still have items pending from closing. We have been given a lot of empty promises by [name removed], finally we spoke with [name removed] so we will see if anything ever gets done.

My experience has been remodeling the house in many occasions due to the fact the builders experience with different design center not sure what that was all about. However, I initial design has been altered. Also, I have being with contact with three different builder manger all telling different thing wasn’t honest and reliable. I’m still dealing with issue now in the home and some thing is at a point no matter what I just have to deal with it which is unfortunate. But the new construction manger [name removed] has being the star now and he has both thumbs up from me. He came in and help me immediately and still is. So I do thank him a lot.

Home was built twice due to explosion, design centers were changed, first home and second home was not built with same quality standards, still waiting on warranty request to be completed, still waiting on exceptions lost to be completed after 2 months in house, lack of communication, no move in gift nor call, I’ve always had to reach out for construction updates

Floor plan and design are great! Providing updates and having good communications made a good purchase experience as a first home buyer; however, too late delivery of the windows are also changed our plans!

No mailbox provided to me as a buyer. Lack of assistance from Cadence to assist on Internet Services being set up on the street. Some delays on warranty requests being actively worked and updating buyer.

Multiple things were not fixed after the walk through before closing. It has been a nightmare getting any internet set up in the house. Address is still not listed with usps, still no mailbox 1 month after moving in.
