Good quality construction, easy to work with, explain things very well. [name removed] in the sales office is AWESOME. She is incredibly knowledgeable and always always ready to help or answer any questions. She really made the building and buying experience the best it could be. While I understand that our community has all pre-planned design choices, that's the one thing I would have changed. It would have been nice to have at least a few different options that we could pick ourselves - for example, I would have preferred a different kitchen counter and I would MUCH prefer the wood-look tile rather than the LVP. I'm really not a fan of the LVP. The warranty process has been incredibly easy too - and CB Jeni has been quick and responsive. So far not a huge fan of the HOA for [name removed] Hills. Not sure how much influence CB Jeni has with that part though.

I had a fantastic experience with CB Jeni, thanks to [name removed], the builder manager. From the initial contract signing to working with the lender, she was incredibly helpful at every step. [name removed] was always available to answer my questions, even outside her regular hours, and she made the entire process remarkably smooth. Her commitment and responsiveness truly made a difference, turning what could have been a stressful process into a seamless and positive experience.

I am okay with Everything, But Construction Manager is not up to the mark anything we ask he will say that what it has to be and many things i have asked about construction not give proper answers, I am dissatisfied here some what.- Asked about water drain as it is given in other houses what it has not given to my house no proper answer from [name removed].

[name removed] in the sales office was very personable and truly excited for me. She always responded to questions, even on her day off. [name removed] was the builder that I trusted from the beginning. I always felt he was looking out for me and my best interest. [name removed] is very punctual and is a get it done kinda guy. I would recommend [name removed] to all my friends and family. Such a great experience!!!

Everyone was so professional and kind throughout the entire experience. This was my first time buying a home and it was completely seamless and an amazing experience.

I have found the workmanship not to my satisfaction. Cabinets that fly open & hit the wall. Lack of paint in corner of cabinets & not painted entirely. They are never going to last with 1 coat of paint. Dead grass in the yard & places with no grass. A shower door in the master that flys open & hits the wall. A dirty stained patio. Overlay put over it & now it is splotchy gray & white. A ton of “pops” on upstairs carpeted areas. Not satisfied with my first 2 1/2 weeks living here. Very disappointed in CBJ!

Just the rush to close and corporate not being completely understanding of the loan situation.. i loved how understanding [name removed] was with the loan situation and helped make sure things were good with corporate .

Everything went well. Except, I disliked the fact that we still do not have access to internet. I was told that the community has att and spectrum, which is not true. It’s taken months and still it’s not fully ready. Might need to disclose that to buyers, especially if they rely on internet for work from home!!
