1. [name removed] needs to do the better job like once warranty issue is fixed, they should check back on how contractor/builder did the job and check if anything is missing. For example, They added flashing to roof but didn't paint it and no one from CB Jeni warranty checked on it until it got found by a third part inspection 2. Builder was rough when I was asking for better job, example, When I asked flashing should be uniform on both sides, he argued that roof is not my property but belongs to HOA. 3. While I was going through initial inspection of the home with builder before closing, I noticed wet spot in the master closet and asked about it but Builder ignored to check on it which caused the ceiling collapse later which I consider as negligence and later also I noticed bigger spots before it collapsed and sent a message to warranty manager but she failed to read my complete message so did not take action in time otherwise we could have avoided the collapse of ceiling 4. After collapse happed, they fixed it but there was a lot of coordination issues between warranty manager and contractors 5. As part of the fix for ceiling collapse, they added the flashing but failed to do it properly. Warranty manager argument is that it’s just cosmetic issue and don’t want to touch again but per customer, both functional and cosmetic are important which makes customer happy. If a fully functional home is ugly, I don’t know how many people buy it. A better job can done for sure if they really want to do it and make customer happy. I am not asking any unreasonable thing.

I had already researched the community and townhome opportunities before I came to find out more information. Upon walking into the [name removed] [name removed] model home, I was greeted by [name removed], and immediately felt comfortable and excited. [name removed] was extremely instrumental in answering all of my many questions as well as encouraging me through this process after she learned that I was a newly divorced, single mother purchasing my very first home by myself. She went above and beyond in ways that made me feel championed as a new buyer and also protected me with answering questions I didn't even know to ask as a new homeowner. She truly made the entire process turn from being scary and overwhelming to exciting and empowering. It helped me turn over a new leaf by having her by my side!

[removed] was excellent. She was knowledgeable about the company, the homes, and the development! [removed] only was she very competent, but she seemed to care about our needs and what we wanted in our new home. From the first time we met her until we closed she seemed to be an advocate for both the company and for us. The entire experience was enjoyable. Both she and [removed], the construction foreman for [removed] [removed] communicated regularly and in a way the was easy to understand. They were both very forthcoming and answered every question honestly and thoroughly. Great team members!

My experience with the warranty service/customer care has not been fulfilling at all. The turn around time for follow-up has been slow, with numerous request and no shows. I am not happy with the service. I have submitted numerous requests which has taken several weeks to get a response.

Move in date was push back by builders and they made me pay a holding fee which was not credited to my purchase so therefore I gave away free money to the builder. Other builders told me I should not had been charge and even the fees I paid should of went to my closing cost.
