The quality of the home is equal to multimillion dollar homes. The personnel is of equal quality. Anything I need is at my fingertips. The are responsive and personable. They have been very honest and informative during the entire buying process. Love my new townhome in my new community of Harvest in Argyle Tx.

Everyone I worked with has been so helpful, friendly and professional. All of the walk throughs prior to moving in were extremely helpful and the home itself has been great. The only downsides are there were a couple of things the builder said they would take care of for me that they haven’t fixed yet so it’s been a little frustrating trying to get that settled.

The floor board in certain have a sizable gaps in certain areas, the LTV floor is not flush to the floor in the kitchen area & floor area in upstairs master bathroom has spots on paints.

Very responsive and prompt replies to our issues with the lighting issue we had. Only thing that is tough for this house is the name is on the front and we are in the middle. Would have been good to have a plaque in front of the townhomes with addresses or something so deliveries can find us. Good deal.

I have small but visible scratches on the glass of my patio doors and was told if I submit a claim it will most likely be rejected because I didn’t submit it when I had my walk through. I’m sorry but you don’t notice Everything at your walk through.

My only gripe and it’s minor is that the smart system was part of the townhome package. There was no mention of additional fees

My issues are all related to the walkthrough and closing process and there were many issues. To summarize, it is obvious that the house was not ready to close and there was pressure on both the builder and, consequently on me, to close even though there were several small issues and perhaps a couple of not-so small issues. AT the 1st walk through I was assured these would be addressed. They were not. At the second walk throughI was given specific dates that they would be addressed following the close. They were not. I was told that the house had passed all inspections prior to closing. It had not. The final "fit and finish work is obviously hurried and sub-standard. Everybody is sorry but nobody seems overly concerned.

Did not do as they said they would. We had a separate inspector on the home. We were told that items identified would be corrected and they were not. I had to repeatedly stay on top of it. Also the patio flatwork is a disaster. Lots of staining and discoloration. They refused to fix it.

We really liked receiving the email/text updates on the process! The interior/exterior structure is great! We faced more cosmetic and new appliance challenges after move in however the CB JENI team goes above and beyond to take care of any needs.

CB is quick to respond however they have not fixed noted items or they like to give excuses for the inferior workmanship. We still have items we raised as a concern only to be told thats normal. I have bought 12 homes and 6 new builds and I am aware of what is normal and what is not!
