My construction manager ([name removed]) in this new community has been awful. From my 1st orientation and final walk thru he blew through everything real quick without ensuring I understood. I made complaints about the AC in my new home that it was making a lot of noise during my orientation and final walk thru and all he could say was that the noise is normal and it’d reduce after I move in since there would be furnitures. I was insisting that this wasn’t the case and that something was wrong with the system outside and it would prevent me from sleeping at night. After i moved in jt was exactly the case and couldn’t sleep for a couple of nights until i had to submit another work order for the system outside to be taken a look at and was told that something was indeed broken. He hasn’t been responsive and tries to close work orders without ensuring the issue has been resolved. I always have to submit multiple warranty orders before it’s taken seriously and this wasn’t the same case at my previous cb jeni property at city point

The only dislike that we experience was the constant sending of documents that we had already submitted, it became frustrating. But over-all the purchase experience was amazing. Everyone that helped us through the process were very professional, friendly, helpful, and awesome.

I enjoyed working with the CB Jeni team! [name removed] and [name removed] were extremely helpful throughout the process. We enjoyed the quality of our home and the process of getting updates. My only dislike what the lending company we worked through (Highland Homes). Felt some pressure with needing to buy credits even after we were told that they were not needed. They were late to send some documents that needed to be signed at closing and some of their emails pressured to sign non-required paperwork didn’t feel right.

[name removed] was great in the beginning of the process by breaking everything down for me as a Veteran first time home buyer. After deciding on the home, [name removed] was great during all the later steps. Thoroughly explained everything about the home and warranty process. He offered personal feedback on the home and really felt a connection between him and the homes. [name removed] has been available to answer all of my concerns even after the purchase. I would definitely recommend [name removed] to friends and family looking to purchase in the area. Thank you for the phenomenal customer service.

From the very beginning, everything went smoothly with the purchase of our CB Jeni property. The lender, sales community manager, and builders were all so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable in helping us through this process!

The preferred lender experience was terrible. Till last day of closing I was not given disclosures. Kitchen cabinet are of low quality and color work is spotty. The door had lot of damages shown at blue tap meeting but was not fix. The finish of the things is not great at all, just feeling like you are getting rental home.
