For the most part we have inquiries answered fairly quickly. Must of the warranty work with the house has been completed or scheduled to be complete, however items outside the house have not been completed even after talking to the builder about them.

I am coming up to the one year warranty and do have things that will need to be addressed. Was told to wait for this survey. So I can not give full credit until these issues are resolved. Will be having an inspection done also as one of the neighbors had a beam in the attic that was missing. Just want to verify that all work was done correctly.

Our floors have been a nightmare. The boards are defective and need constant replacement. The grout in our shower was never sealed so now we are having to go back to get them cleaned and sealed after I have spent tons of time and money on cleaners and cleaning people.

I love my home; the quality build is exceptional. I love the high quality, just a well built home. I had overall a great experience except for a few glitches with the build manager at our site who made some derogatory comments to me and my family who was in town visiting. He said we were a "pain in his !@#$%" when we asked for the punch list of items to be fixed; which I thought was standard procedure??? So that part was very disheartening and made us feel uncomfortable to have any of the blue tape items fixed so I hired a handyman to take care of it rather than deal with the negative comments. We love the home, love the quality, love the neighborhood but the finishing touches/blue tape items were not handled by the builder as was indicated they would be when they made the sales pitch.

My floor upstairs is warped. The worker told the builder the cause was because of the way they laid the floor above the garage, but the builder continues to build the floor the same way. They were suppose to come fix it. Never did.
