Everything was smooth. [name removed] was very proactive and made sure that everything was under control for our Nov 25th closing. Construction manager, [name removed] was very friendly. He made sure that every concern was addressed. Overall everything was a positive experience for us except for an issue our lender faced with Title company.

Our sales agent, [name removed], was very helpful and knowledgeable. The weekly update he gave us was above and beyond, very informative and impressive! The closing was efficient and quick! [name removed], our builder was also great! Immediately took the list of things that are needed to be done. He’s very friendly and accommodating to our requests!

[name removed] is also a standout- he is still in touch and is making sure all the small things I’ve noticed after moving in are addressed. 5 stars for both of them.

Overall the purchasing process with pretty straight forward. Only issues we may have had were due to miscommunication with an outside lender that we chose to use.

Only thing I disliked is the price of the property. Jokes apart. There was nothing that we could dislike, there was transparency in the every transaction, commitment to deliver what was promised, efforts involved to make things work. Commendable job by both [name removed] and [name removed].

Super responsive and professional- his care was ultimately our deciding factor on booking CBJ vs. other builders in Painted Tree
