The build quality and material choices are unacceptable at this price point- paint splatters, rough trim work, chipped floors, etc. I will not be a repeat customer.

I liked [name removed] attention to detail and commitment during the purchasing process and the first days after moving in, thank you [name removed]. I'm not so pleased with some quality of finishes, paint stains on the floor and other details, for example, the attic was full of "Sawdust" I had to vaccum over many times and still remains, I had a lot of water leaking from the air conditioning vent in the bathroom (main room). I also need a reminder of some maintenance tasks, since I attended the home owner orientation but forgot some important aspects of it.

The Sales team are phenomenal. I was so lucky to have [name removed] walk me through the process. She was truly a blessing. My only concerns are the paint cracking & the breaker box constantly going out. I was told that a paint retouch would be done in 3 months but that hasn't happened.

I had a good experience with [name removed] as my sales manager during the purchase of my home. I liked most the constant communication I had with her from before signing the contract to after my move-in. Her quick responses made the entire process convenient and reassuring. I was also happy with the thorough orientation I had with [name removed] on my new home which kept me prepared for the first few months of the move.

She is knowledgeable, efficient and went above and beyond from the initial stage of looking at homes (met and stayed late to show me several models after work), to sending payment breakdowns later than evening to every step along the way. I felt so comfortable and confident in her help. She answered all of my questions and pointed me to those who knew throughout my home buying process. She even called me the evening before my closing because she would be out of town but wanted to congratulate me on my new home! Such personalized service! I would recommend her to anyone!

I love the quality of the home, and the floor plan includes so many great storage spaces! It is a beautiful home, I’m so proud to own it. The builder walkthrough was super helpful, and [name removed] pointed out things I needed to remember to do, and showed me how to do them. I’m very happy with my experience so far.
