Contruction quality is one of the worst ever. there are many to be named, for example:- some of the materials used in the home are used ones. i have pictures of the same, we found couple of wood which had 10-12 holes and they had used the same one in the home. we already have purchased 1 CBjeni home in las colinas, and our experince was nice, after moving to this 2nd home, we have realised the difference between both the homes and can easily differentiate the quality in the 2nd home. after all its the business, their only motto is to make more profits, I dont know why they ask for feedbacks, when they are not going to implement any changes, also they are very well aware about their poor construction quality, if they are not going to make any changes, why waste other people time in asking for feedbacks, improve your quality and people will easily start giving nice feedback without asking for feedbacks. finishing touch was one of the worst ever. you give orientation for 1 hour which is not enough to check each and everything in home. we had referred 2 of our friends to cbjeni and we decided to buy 2nd one with CBjeni, after this experince not sure if we would refer anyone here, Cbjeni is buidling 3rd community in Frisco. if they continue to build house with this quality verysoon they will be named one of the largest and worst townhome builder in dallas. seems like they dont have proper resources, or their resources are not working to their best. they dont care about how contractors do their job. why dont you supervisor the work, once its completed, dont tell me that you do, If you do then the reponsible person is not doing his job properly, if home owner can notice all these things, then why its neglected by your employee. hire some responsbile people who knows how to get things done. its one of the worst experince ever, i could write more here, but it looks like im just wasting my time in giving this feedback. as at the end, its all about making more money. It's what it matters to cbjeni.

Since we moved in, we had continuous issues with the HACV thermostat which have not been fixed till date but everything else reported have been fixed. We are unhappy about the thermostat issue

Overall very happy with the decision. The team kept me informed of the progress, set expectations and followed through on commitments. I did notice a few things after moving in that were not quite up to par but they are minor in the grand scheme of things. Thank you!

Each and every step was explained in detailed which helped me to make decisions in time. Communication was outstanding, I was informed about the progress of the home time to time. Builder could have had a little flexibility of accommodating little upgrades, but that's not a big deal. Overall my home buying experience was a fabulous

Dislikes are like Paint quality is very bad and carpet floor leveling is very bad.[name removed] happy with the community Ammeniries for what we are paying as HOA.
