The buying experience with [name removed] and the orientation with [name removed] were both amazing! However, once I moved in and had to put in warranty requests, it's taken months to resolve the issues. I had a drip noise constantly coming from my master bathroom that resulted in multiple plumbing appointments to correct one issue, to the point where the plumbing manager issue yelled at me on the phone for a drip that they couldn't fix in a brand-new home. Then when I had another plumbing issue with a smell coming from the plumbing line that goes to the dishwasher, I couldn't get someone at CB Jeni to respond for weeks even after sending multiple emails. Then the plumbing company finally scheduled me and never came out. By the time they finally did come out, the issue had been going on for almost 2 months and honestly, it's still not resolved, I just gave up. I've asked if I can hire my own plumber and get reimbursed but I never received a response from CB Jeni on that either. It's just frustrating to have simple issues to fix in a new home but turns into a hassle to get it resolved.

The initial HOA dues were misleading…they went up 30% for 2024. There need to be an audit. Second, the Plants in front of our town home have been dead from the beginning and have not been replaced.

It's a little confusing to understand what's covered, what's not covered, and for how long. Also, some of them have extended coverage like the AC if you add on maintenance checks but I'm not sure how that works. I do like that it's easy to send in a repair request and it gets taken care of in a quick manner.

The work when they get around to fixing things is good quality work. Whoever the is some type of disconnect when it comes to the scheduling of the repairs. The repair person show up at different days and times which hAs been problematic and causes undue delays.

[name removed] was my sales manager and she was easy to get a hold of, friendly, and went above and beyond to help accommodate my needs. The whole buying process was stress-free and seamless! [name removed] is my Community Construction Manager and he did a 2.5 hour orientation with me which was beyond what I imagined to learn everything about the house. They also called me weekly with updates so I was never out of the loop.

We liked that you handled our concerns in a timly manner. We didn't appreicate the beer bottle that was crammed in the toilet in the second bath upstairs. I had sewage coming out of the shower. The sprinkler system for the lawn has never worked.

the experience from purchase to move in was less then ideal, starting off with your title company Greenbrick Title, they sent my closing documents to my street, but did not included my house number, making me have to run all the way down to Fedex to pick it up after work, which was a big inconvenience for me, then during the closing their was absolutely no communications between them and the sales Manager [name removed] informing her that my account has been fully funded, when I did the wire transfer. The building quality and quality of the job completed in the home was also sub-optimal, I had to call [name removed] to fix multiple items after the closing and I had moved in, due to them being brushed over by the contractors, some of these included light switches not being wired properly, the floors going upstairs and the upstairs floor creaking, also the second bathroom tub was not cleaned post construction, there was sheet rock pieces clogging up the drain, also we had agreed during closing that Epoxy paint was to be used in the garage, but it was not used, and I had to open a ticket to get [name removed] to come out and supervise the contractor to make sure they actually painted it Epoxy the second time around. I typically would not complain about small items like this in the over all bigger picture, but considering I paid alot of [name removed] for this townhome in new condition, I expected these minor details to not be looked over.

I still have obvious horizontal crack on my front door and paint job isn't done too well in different areas of home (also door frame). I have missing window censor from HomePro that I will have to call in myself to get. But overall I am satisfied.

I like the people I interacted with during the purchase of the home. [name removed], [name removed] and [name removed] were professional and very personable. The workmanship in the home was outstanding. During the move-in my movers had taken a chunk out of the door frame, I asked [name removed] for some touch up paint to cover it. 20 minutes later he had the painter over who not only touched up the paint, but had repaired the door frame. The communications all throughout the process were constant, informative and extremely helpful. Exceeded my expectations!

I like the responsiveness of the builder rep throughout the entire process. I did not like the lack of communication between the builder and Spectrum, the internet service provider, as I think that buyers should be made aware of the status of their internet connectivity in their homes prior to moving in. In my case, I would have waited to move into my home to avoid going without internet for over a month since I make my living working remotely. If the builder improved in this area, it would go a long way towards the buyer's experience.
