The Warranty [name removed] is responsive in fixing minor things but there are still pending items related to the exterior damage that has been reported from closing date and it was never addressed.

Warranty agents at CB Jeni have been helpful but the contractors CB jeni uses for their warranty are not responsive and have even left me hanging on a few things I had ordered for repairs.

The purchase experience went well. The contract experience was great. Enjoyed getting all the updates. My salesperson was exceptional. The 1st walk through was exciting, however the 2nd walk through was disappointing. Things that were pointed out that needed to be addressed the 2nd time around were not addressed. On the 1st walk through, I mentioned that the steps were crooked. After looking at the steps of the other units, I probably have the WORST steps that lead to the entrance of my home. It looks as if they ran out of concrete. They are VERY uneven. With rail in place, you can easily tell. In the kitchen, a problem kitchen drawer, when pulled out, bumped the handle of another drawer, was just left unresolved. It appears it WAS being repaired but the repair was stopped due to not enough time I suppose. To thus date, this drawer is not resolved. The screws were left on the inside of the drawer in the holes, not even completely screwed in just sticking out. Apparently, the holes were changed because they CAN'T go through to the other side in order to attach the handle. So I'm left with a drawer that I open by pulling on it from the bottom. I have mentioned this to the now Project Mgr, have mentioned this at least 3 times, no resolve. Oh and did I mention that in the Master bedroom, I have 2 closets, however 1 doesn't have a light. WTF, Really! I really thought it was a JOKE. A closet in the master bedroom, with no light. [name removed] enough electrical wiring I guess. Totally disappointing. This is the Master bedroom and you build a closet with no lighting. UNACCEPTABLE. I checked the sockets in the bedroom, and I have found 1 that is clogged or something. I couldn't use it so I reported it to the Project Mgr. No resolve as of yet. Upon move in date, the bathroom light upstairs decided not to come on, it just decided not come on. It just flickered. I called the sales office, was told to report it online, did that. A week to 2 weeks later, a call for an electrician to make an appointment. I hope ALL of these issues get resolved.

Getting someone to come out and follow up has been a challenge. I know you guys have a lot of closings, construction, and limited staff due to the shortage but I appreciate my 90-day move-in follow sometime soon. I would like to say [name removed] at [name removed] is absolutely amazing. She's honest, upfront, professional, and an absolute pleasure to do business with. I have referred more friends and family to her but unfortunately, her inventory is restricted and some of my friends cant be waitlisted. I understand you don't want to overextend yourselves with contracts but there has to be a different way so both CB Jeni and your sales associates and the home buyers can reach a tentative agreement. There's has to be a solution and if you guys come out with the idea 1st you'll be leading the industry in DFW.

I was unable to close at the date set because the builder waited longer than they should to address the plumbing issues and then it couldn’t be fixed on time . I had to change all my plans with movers and deliveries.

I liked the good communication with our sales agent. The only thing I didn’t like was the delays in construction, but I understand this wasn’t totally in the builders control
