Although it came with its share of headaches, we enjoyed being the first residents to move into this community and see it being built up.

Nothing. CB Jeni team failed on all accounts. They had zero concern for home owner's satisfaction. Home closing was delayed from March 2019 to July 2019, promised incentives were not given, closing dates were pushed with hard time lines, home quality is average, outside door and trim color is a big mismatch.

Property manager [removed] & [removed] and builder [removed] provided great customer service and gave me weekly updates on the progress of building the home. Overall, I had a good purchase experience

The assistance and want to help from all the staff from purchasing to building to move in has been incredible. You can really tell that the staff at [removed] want to help in any way possible and have made my first home buying experience as easy as possible.
