I have a pretty bad experience with the flooring, not been properly installed, there are so many bumps coming up on the flooring, I have raised a warranty against this issue, I am hoping this would be taken care in the proper way, considering there are people living in the home, Also this has happened due to rush at the time of closing and now it is giving us the problems, why was there a need to rush into the closing, without properly inspecting the flooring and later it creates a problem for the homeowner. looking forward to work this out in a proper way.

I noticed that my 2nd floor balcony was "crooked" and nothing was done about it until I called corporate who agreed to delay closing until it was fixed and also to pay for my extended apartment rent and mortgage delay. Also, once moving in, the ceiling fan had no on/off switch, the. The motor was burned out. Then I had to get the doorbell motor replaced b/c it was blended out. Now I have to get my thermostats replaced b-c they keep rebooting, several times a day!

I like the overall layout of the home, very spacious downstairs and master bedroom. However, the quality of paint used for cabinets and doors was not the best. And I do not like how small the second bathroom is upstairs. I also do not like the pan/ flooring in the master bathroom shower, that could’ve been an optional upgrade.

I've enjoyed the entire experience, but it does look like a few items may need a look in the next year or two. I can see 2nd floor wood beams pressing into the 1st floor ceiling in my living room. [name removed] sure if a structural thing or merely cosmetic. Nothing feels wrong. Otherwise the place easily beats my expectations. [name removed] (sales) and [name removed] (construction manager) were both fantastic to work with.

Items that reduced my experience from 10 to 7: 1) takes 3-5 minutes for hot water (kitchen ONLY). No problem in other areas. 2) Landscaping is somewhat wanting...irrigation pipes are visible, mulch is spotty, different shades of concrete, etc. When you enter the neighborhood take 1st right then walk down the side walk in front on you. These problems were before the big freeze. Expected this area (court yard) to be beautiful. 3) Cold fresh air blown in during winter. Set the thermostat; heat comes on; feels great; heat stops; still comfortable; then a continuing blast of cold "fresh" air. Blanket on then off when heat returns. Of course, the blast of cold air in summer is not as much of a problem. 4) Routine and expected settling cracks. Fortunately none are big but need repair.

The purchase experience was great actually. I was keep informed, [name removed] and [name removed] were available, responsive, and everything worked out as promised. And trust me, I documented and tracked every timeline in detail! I gave 8's to the previous questions about "home quality" and "would I recommend". I'm totally satisfied with the quality of the home TODAY. However, I built 6 homes over the years...3 customs in St. [name removed] County, MO; 1 GL Home in Florida; and 1 Custom and 1 Toll Brothers in Colleville, TX. Please ask those questions 12 months from now. Experience tells me I will be able to give a more definitive and accurate answer at that time. At the moment everything is great!

I have run into several issues with the quality of construction and HVAC system in my town home. My neighbors have also had issues. Most of the issues could have been preventable during construction.

He took the time to answer every question and concern through and after purchase. Financing was an issue. Requests for duplicate documents and the last minute rush to get the CD was the least enjoyable experience.

I popped in and he was able to walk me through a few models and was very patient in answering my questions. Throughout the process, he was very helpful, patient, and communicative every step of the way! [name removed], senior loan originator at Green Brick Title was very helpful throughout the process. During the pre-qualification as well as the closing process, he walked me through the documents and provided detailed explanations of each item. He also presented various options that were helpful in my selecting the approach that worked for me. Even after the closing process, he was helpful and responsive in answering my questions.

My son and I met [name removed] in August 2019. He was a delight to talk to and he explained in great detail what makes CBJENI unique and differentiation within the market and builder qualities. I signed the same day on the spot much to the surprise of my son who said. “You can to play Dad” I was ready and I am glad it was [name removed] who I had to deal with that day because I could just as easily walk back out if I did not feel right about what I was hearing or buying. He helped us navigate some finance issues and solved problems effectively. He returned calls and took ownership of issues even when it was outside of his domain. He answered all of our questions, printed multiple copies of documents and was hospitable at every in person and telephone meetings. Can’t say enough nice things about [name removed]. [name removed] us to [name removed]. On day one, we connected w [name removed] too. Talking about our children and family. From day one, [name removed] was also helpful and attentive to our needs. We had issues along the way (can’t build a new home w out some issues) and at every junction [name removed] gave us the assurances we needed and followed through to get it done/corrected. [name removed] made sure to offer us hard hats even when we were reluctant to wear One. That showed he cared about our safety. He was on time/ early to every meeting and explained why we were there and what to expect next. This was our first time to partner with a Builder as all of our previous home purchases were not newly built. We had a wonderful experience in the sales, planing and design, build out, financing and closing. We are grateful for the guidance, advice and overall concern for us as humans. We still have items we are working to correct. We have a high degree of confidence in [name removed] and [name removed] and would recommend CBJENI to all w whom we come in contact with.
