At the time of sales even after confirming the sqft multiple times, we were told that the house sqft would be 2541 sqft. But after the completion of the building when we got the appraiser report the house sqft is reduced by around 90 sqft and also the county appraiser shows 2453 sqft which is 90 sqft lesses than what we were promised. We understand that 20-30 sqft of difference is acceptable but more than that is not fair. we are loosing nearly $17000 value if we compare price per sft. We are very disspointed knowing that there is a difference in the house area which will impact the price per sqft of the house if we want to resale at any point in time. Upon reaching out to the sales person, there is no proper outcome and response was very rude. I have posted inquiry via CBJ [name removed] website and got response to reach to sales person. I am planning to post a google review so that others like me will not get impacted.

Everything is good. [name removed] crew is so helping and fast in responding. I truly appreciate their efforts and help in many ways. I have observed an issue with the wood flooring in the kitchen. Its slowly popping out. can someone please help?

It took forever to resolve some of the warranty issues. Not at all satisfied with the resolution for the issues. When you need to do endless follow ups for the issues, it is not a pleasant experience.

[name removed], the community sales member, was fantastic from when I first walked into the model home to closing. She was very informative when she showed us the townhomes and the community center and it was a pleasure to buy a home from her. Even after closing, she's helped me with reminders and product registration information. She made my first home buying experience great. For my orientation, [name removed] told me everything about my beautiful home and had everything fixed or painted that I needed done for closing. I love the layout and space in my new home!

All is good but they took 1000$ extra to transfer the unit from one building to another building, thought of that was not required. - Home is ready on time - Management is support - Builder manager is very support to explain all the features Overall we like it so much.

The purchase experience was bad. We are out-of-town buyers and needed information regarding the stages of construction to plan our move to Frisco. We barely got any. We were informed of the closing date 2 weeks before and had to rush our Move. This resulted in overpaying for moving. The closing was also not well coordinated. We did not know where the keys were and had to visit the office a couple of times. The sales office had a temp who was not interested in helping us and only called others once she realized we were not leaving the office without the keys. The keys were in the office draw and all CB Jeni had to do was inform of the day's closings to hand the keys to the buyers.

Honestly, the response time of any of the warranty issues I have had so far have been quite prompt and taken care of. I have been very happy with [name removed]. Easy to talk to and very happy he is the lead person for all the CB Jeni warranty issues for my townhome.

1. we have paid more than half a million dollar and we have poorest paint quality, poorest carpet quality, very inadequate lighting, very poor walk-in/master bath design, Poor showers for the steep price paid. 2. Did not like how we were blackmailed to buy this house when we requested to backout for very genuine reasons. 3. When you gave discounts right left and center, you did not care about ppl who overpaid just a month or two ago for the same house. Business could have lil more courtesy towards people instead of looking at them as money cows.

The communication with the sales agent was not as smooth as it should have been. However, the agent was accommodating to some of our requests which we liked. While signing the contract we got some surprises related to the Structural Warranty which was not disclosed to us during the initial discussions. It was reduced to 6 years instead of 10 years (the standard across industry) and we caught this in the contract verbiage on the last day. Highly disappointed with the lack of communication and explanation about this specific thing. The sales agent's attitude was more like take it or leave it. I didn't feel welcomed at times to proceed with the purchase. Workmanship, layout and things shown in the model home vs the purchased home were different and no one informed us about these differences. These were not little things and so we had to compare and inspect everything to make sure we are getting what we were promised as per the model home. Hence, this was a XXXXX bersome process and we did not enjoy it. There were issues we found after move-in. And the tradesmen who came to address the issues were not professionals. They damaged the things nearby while repairing the concerned issue. Hence, creating more things which had to be fixed. However, the best part of the move-in was the construction manager who was very helpful along the way and helped us through everything. He was super communicative, very detailed and kept us informed while getting all the issues fixed one by one. One of the major things we did not like were the gaps between the baseboards and flooring. The builder mentioned that caulking the corners would void the flooring warranty and hence we did not get it done. Later , after a month or two, we noticed pests crawling in every now and then from those gaps and crevices. This was a big bummer.

first of all Warranty service experience has been great. I have had a very very good experience with the builder, with the warranty team, and with how they handle the cases. My regret is the quality of the home. We have paid USD 570,000 for a 2000 sqft townhome and the quality of the house is very poor for the amount that was charged. Examples: 1) Very poor and low-quality appliances that feel it's from a century back. [name removed] have any modern options in them. 2) Very poor carpet quality. We have had so many nails stabs since we moved in a month ago. 3) Very poorly planned electrical layout. Switches are not where they are supposed to be. 4) Shower room - such a poor shower option with just one shower head. They do not even have a handheld shower. 5) [name removed] enough lighting fixtures in the house. [name removed] living room is too dark in the evenings. When asked about it we were told, the issue is corrected in new homes and they won't correct it in the already-built ones. overall the house is only 300K - 400K worth.

The most liked experience was when we met [name removed], the Community Sales Manager. She smoothly walked us through the contract, and we appreciated how she communicated with us to address our needs. The same goes for [name removed], the Community Construction Manager. We value how he guided us through our house during the orientation and provided quick responses for our follow-up needs regarding the fixes that needed to be made. However, one aspect of our purchase experience that we disliked was having a security orientation with 'HomePro.' We felt pressured to buy their service, and their attitude changed the moment we expressed disinterest.

Overall, application processing was blazing fast, [name removed] was remarkable to finalize the deal in no time. She was so detailed and informative that didn't leave any room for doubts. Builders experience was also awesome [name removed] was always before time with his commitments and helped in fixing all minor observations before closing, He was so helping and supportive after closing as well, I really appreciate his service oriented attitude. Keep it up! The only time which took time for me was my loan processing and approval timing, BHome approved my application just one night before the closing which was very close to arrange closing payments. But everything went well and I appreciate BHome as well to make it on time. Thanks!
