I liked the dedication of the sales manager in helping throughout the process as well as the inspection engineers

[name removed] was extremely helpful and professional during the move in. We love the home, but some of the fixtures and appliances are low quality. A small upgrade to these fixtures would go a long way. Overall, at the 5 month period, we are very happy with the home.

We liked the home buying experience was great and also liked the management of warranty issues. We see a lot of improvements in the home building process, the finished home can be of better quality, resulting in less number of warranty issues.

The warranty work has some miscommunication with the contractor and some job was not completed before we have to leave out of country. We just got back on Feb 4 and would like to resume all the warranty tickets asap

The purchase experience was very smooth and we had no issues whatsoever.

The home is nice. The fixtures and appliances are substandard, and will need replacement sooner than later. The doors are not finished around the edges, still rough and flaking. The garage door still needs to be aligned properly, it makes a loud and obnoxious sound when opened and closed (hopefully this will be fixed at the 12 month walk through). There is some settling occurring. Aside from that, we are happy with the home and enjoying living here.

Build quality of homes is not good. Support after move in is not great either

The purchase experience was good, no surprises. Standard closing procedures. Move in was good. [name removed] did a great job on the walk through and follow ups, as well as explaining warranty procedures. We had a few issues after move in, but all have been satisfactorily solved.

We would have liked to make some choices such as colors. Certain fixtures were not our favorite.

Wasn't impressed with quality of some of the work. Anything that I pointed out most always had an excuse. I'm not sure I really had a builder assigned to my home build or if I did he definitely had very little oversite on my home build. Too many issues that should have been corrected if he was really had care for the house in his portfolio.

My primary concern and source of disappointment was that our home was not completed when we moved in despite agreements made at closing with the builder about pushing back our move-in to accommodate their delays. We never received concessions for their failures nor communication about said delays and moved into a house with a number of issues, such as an unfinished front that had gaping holes between the brick, paint splatters on the floors and missing light fixtures to name a few. For how much we spent on this property and closing costs as well as HOA fees, the customer service was shoddy at best. It seemed as if sales and the builder did not communicate, putting the onus on us -- and then our agent-- to raise the issue about incomplete items in our house. I am grateful our concerns were mostly addressed by the builder in the weeks after, but expected much better care and customer service out of the CB Jeni team. It led to a lot of stress and frustration during a time that was meant to be celebratory.

Quality of work, took months to complete crack in bathroom that was from our 15 day walk through. Our drive has at least 12 patches. We may finally get hot water in lower bath next week.

The craftsmanship was poor in several areas and design flaws on the first floor. Heating and air conditioning issues on the third floor, as there are numerous vents in the master and one in the guest room, which makes it impossible to regulate the heating and air for both parties to be comfortable. Plumbing issues as the kitchen sink randomly leaks and filling the bathtubs takes in a Normas amount of time to too low water pressure.

Move in was pretty bad. Holes in walls and many issues that were left unfixed. We have been in contact with [name removed] about all the issues and he is being very passive and not really going out of his way to correct these issues. I would not recommend a JB JENI home after what we are still experiencing.

Too many issues from day one. Master bedroom door issue needed 4 hours of work and took 10 months to get it done. Poorly insulated and missing insulation makes the place so cold on a windy day, window, walls and front door gaps let all the wind into the house. Same issues in summer to keep the place cool. Plumbing and water leaking issue happens again and again after fixing. Pantry ceiling has water dripping. Master bedroom bath ceiling had water dripping. Poor quality overall build and finishing XXXXX s overall.

I dislike how difficult was to get someone to actually do the work. Register the claim was simple but took a life and lot of coordination to get it done. Besides some contractors showing up and saying it was not their problem.
