No one knows more about a homebuilder's quality and service than the builder's customers.

Since 1984, Eliant has been independently evaluating the performance of homebuilders across the U.S., Canada, and the Middle East:

  • We ask recent homebuyers to evaluate their builder's purchase process.
  • Then, we ask homeowners to evaluate their builder's quality and service (1) after the first 5-months in the home, and (2) again at the end of the first year.

In "Homebuilder Customer Reviews", we present the ratings and comments collected from new-home buyers at these three points in time.

Pleasant experience. The HOA paperwork need to reflect the name of the HOA service provider. Currently has Fieldstone but it is actually Beacon.

The lender was not helpful. We started the process, with the builder's lender but we had to switch to a lender we had worked in the past as loan officer is not good as returning calls. She did not get my Real Estate Agent involved in the loan process consequently she was never informed and she was unable to help us efficiently.

i have not received some paperwork ( HOA papers, I had to ask about utilities when reaching out to my sales person I never heard back but another sales lady helped me). the builder walk thru guy I think his name was [name removed] was amazing and very helpful

We had the exceptional experience with Century Communities. Our story started when we called our Friend [name removed] who bought their home with Century Communities at [name removed] Estates. We gave them a call one day- was on FaceTime and noted that they have move in to a new home. So they gave us a video tour and we like and excited for their new home. They were so happy and satisfied about their home and their experience with the customer service. [name removed] recommended us their sales rep- [name removed]. We called [name removed]- ask for a video tour of the model home. She was very honest and very pleasant to talk with. Initially my wife and I decided to see the property before deciding on getting a property. She was very transparent on giving us the advice that there’s only 3 remaining property left. So she gave us the Best Advice on putting a downpayment on it. We flew the following week and did the tour of the home. We were so impress on the craftsmanship, the design, the add ons that Century included in the home. From there- [name removed] recommended loan officers that will work for us to get the loan. We met the project engineers [name removed] and [name removed] who gave us exceptional detailed warranties from the Century homes. Up to this point- [name removed]’s has always been there for us. We’re proud that we made the right decision for our next home to enjoy. We will definitely recommend our overall exceptional exeperience with Century Community Builders

Subject: Feedback on Lighting Fixtures I have concerns regarding the placement of the light fixtures, as they are not centered above the island sink, having three light fixtures above the island and one is near the refrigerator is not a choice to get two or three light fixtures to make it elegant over the island. It seems that the lighting setup could be improved; for instance, rather than having four separate fixtures, a more cohesive design with two fixtures might be more effective. While the kitchen was satisfactory with the six lights around the island. I noticed that they were not have flexibility of a light fixture, which is preferable. My primary concern is ensuring that lighting in certain areas of the house is both functional and aesthetically pleasing. The flooring in the kitchen, living, dining room area is not balanced. I feel dips in the flooring and the vinyl flooring tiles are bubbling up.
