A shout out to [name removed] for her assistance in getting us our home for such a great deal and for [name removed] for getting us through the loan process and [name removed] and [name removed] who are still assisting us at this point with a few minor things. Did we like the loan pocess, no, too much papwer work but you really cannot get around that can you. It went very smooth for the most part and [name removed] was a great help there. I think of course the best part is moving in and taking ownership. Overall there was nothing that really stood out as a major dislike.

The communication between buyer, and builder agents could use improvement. I had arranged a third-party inspection, and it was not comminated to the realtor or me that the power to the home was not yet turned on which had delayed inspection and potentially could have delayed closing. I felt that last minute items that need to be completed were rushed potentially compromising the quality of work. There were still few items that require attention that need to be completed and or repaired or replaced but was not communicated directly to the buyer. My only request is that transparent communications do build trust by establishing authenticity and reliability in both personal and precoitional relationships. Otherwise as a new buyer I do not feel valued as a customer, and it would be hard to make recommendations based on my experience.

I did not like that I get the incorrect cabinet color. I liked that the blue tape walk through and the pre closing walk through were very thorough.

The process was very seamless, the sales office was always so welcoming and excellent at answering questions and sending updates. My only questionable experience was at the final walk through there were still a couple of items that were not addressed and now I am told that I need to submit a warranty claim.
