The construction manager ([name removed]) did not meet any deadlines that were set or have our home ready to move in by closing day. We had many walkthroughs and nothing was being done. I had to get my attorney involved to get my home ready for us to move into.

Thank you very much for making the loan paperwork and the purchase process so smooth and easy. However, I would like to point out that the outdoor area—specifically the slope leading to the entrance—needs to be checked carefully to ensure water does not accumulate there. Furthermore, the entire stretch from the main entrance to the backyard requires closer inspection. My backyard has significant depressions (holes/dips); although yellow soil was added following my complaint, these depressions still remain. They pose a potential risk of injury to my family members, including my elderly mother.
