I experienced some challenges with turnover in the onsite staff and limited communication during the process. However, my lender, [name removed], was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. He took the time to explain every question, followed up throughout the process, and kept me informed every step of the way. Overall, his support made the experience much smoother.

[name removed] was great to work with, even with my odd work schedule she was available to answer any and all questions. [name removed] did an excellent job in explaining the home and I was impressed with his "eye" when it came to the blue tape walk through. The real star was [name removed] and his focus on getting our areas of concern addressed before closing and a few small items after. He really sealed the deal for us and its great to see him occasionally in the neighborhood still.

Lack of choices with color options for different floor plans. Also not being able to get certain options like chefs kitchen on any home.

Overall, my purchase experience from contract through move-in was very smooth and well-organized. Communication was clear at every step, and I always felt supported throughout the process. The construction manager [name removed] has been great and [name removed] the sales rep and [name removed] has reached out and appears to be great although I haven't dealt directly with her yet. However, I have reported that the elevator in Building 2 has a sensor problem, so every time you get in the elevator it starts to close, then reopens all the way and then finally closes the second time it tries to close. It's absolutely inappropriate for a brand new Schindler elevator to not work properly immediately upon construction and if the sensor is not working, it needs to be warranty-fixed ASAP! There is no excuse for it not being fixed immediately -- there shouldn't be any waiting time at all for any reason. Because this simple fix is making both Century Communities and [name removed] look really bad. Is that what Century Communities and [name removed] want their customers to think of them? It's literally a simple sensor fix and the elevator would be fixed, so please do this ASAP! Thanks, [name removed]

Both [name removed] (construction manager) and [name removed] (sales agent) were great to work with! Both were very professional and helpful throughout the home buying and construction process. Very responsive and quick to get things completed when asked. This process was extremely relaxing and a wonderful experience. I can’t say enough good things about our home buying/building experience!

I like how [name removed] the builders sales rep, my realtors [name removed] and [name removed], and [name removed] from the loan company made the process really easy. I loved the home from the start and I’m glad I chose this home. I’m also glad I got [name removed] to help me with the walkthroughs. What I disliked the most of my purchase was my experience with [name removed] who is the contractor that was present for my first walk through. My family and I were treated awful by [name removed]. I wish [name removed] was the person that went through the first walk through, it would’ve made me feel more comfortable with my decision of buying the house.

I know Century Homes partners Safe Haven for the activation of the panel and other smart features. Unfortunately, they were dishonest by not disclosing that a 36-month monitoring contract was required. This was disclosed to me once the system and components had already been installed. This was my only unfortunate experience with the process. They give Century Homes a bad image given the indirect association.
