I felt like the initial frame walk through was very dry. I would of liked more willingness to give information about where my electrical outlets are places, location of lights, where refrigerator would be, etc. I felt like I had to fish a lot of that information out of the person walking me through. The final walk through was super informative. I know the frame walk through doesn't have to be to that in depth, but it would be nice to not have to fish so much information from the customer point of view.

Team - Our loan got rejected just couple of days before closing. Initially closing team mentioned that there will late fee charges per day and if it delay 1 month there will be 1%-2% of sale price as a fee. I agreed for that. But suddenly on closing day [name removed] and [name removed] mentined that we are not extending closing and if we don't close in 1 day, they will cancel Contract and retain [name removed] money ( 42k USD ). Not sure how they came up that weird decision and they were not respectful with me and not ready to listen. My question was why they initially mention about late fee by day and month wise? howcome all of sudden they cancel it. To save [name removed] money we closed with cash with lot of struggles personally to arrange money on over night. Result of troubling from closing team like this, We decided never do business with Century. We are 4 people partnership and buying homes in group and we 3 partners are individually own homes in Century communities in Weddington Pointe. We were in discussions about next purchase with century and we canceled our plans. Please don't ever trouble buyers like this. 42K USD is huge for every individual. This is not the way to get money from Buyers.

Open floor plan made moving in a lot easier. Although the corner hallway to the master bedroom is a little tricky to move large furniture.

I liked very much the communication and support I received from sales rep [name removed]. I also received excellent support from my loan officer at Inspire, [name removed]. I was on a tight timeline to close and everyone worked to make my closing date possible. Post-sale, I have interacted alot with the construction super [name removed] [name removed], and he has been attentive and supportive.

I think that the process was smooth. They were able to assist with closing costs and the interest rate is better than market rates. I dislike that I didn’t get a refrigerator and blinds are not included.

The salesperson [name removed] was absolutely wonderful and continues to stay on top of things that still need to be fixed in my home. The home was not completely ready when I moved in, even after the 2nd walkthrough. I purchased the home with what I was told were the nicer upgraded fixture and they were not! The water fixture were replaced and now the towel and toilet paper fixtures are being replaced. I feel this shouldn’t have happened in the first place. How does does this happen?? Currently my key lock pad stopped working and will have to reach out to get that fixed. Also, main bathroom paint needs repainting. They did a really awful job with the paint job. They put gloss and matte paint on the same wall. My plants are dying and the tree on the left hand side is completely dead. We are paying a lot of money and I feel a new community should be in better standing. I’m a bit disappointed. Please improve on the quality of your workmanship.
