All the staff that we interacted with were top notch! [name removed] is amazing and felt more like a good friend who was always there to answer my questions! The closing team were great to work with, especially since I used my own financing. [name removed] and [name removed] have been phenomenal on the walkthroughs and with move in! Any question or issue that came up, they addressed personally and if they needed to reach out to someone else, they took the initiative to handle it. Their follow-through on tasks is amazing! I knew they that they would do what they said and they communicated with us on the status of any outstanding items in a timely manner. Their service made us feel like we mattered and they wanted to get any issue resolved to the best of their ability. They are such assets for Century and have made our experience truly wonderful. Everyone has made us feel special and valued; we are grateful!!

There was a bit of miscommunication as far as communication, detail and clarity of the process. Also, the detail of features what homeowner should or would receive out of this home purchasing. Contract process was still unclear if we would get his home although we attempted to provide all the required documents. Even on the middle of process, we were still unsure until the last minutes when we kind of "rush" to provide additional required documents. Overall, honestly, from Sales to Loan Officers and Escrow, you guys are doing a fantastic job. After providing the necessary and required documents, they sped up the process so quickly and they were so friendly answering question related to loan, sales, escrow and other matters in order to complete the process. Sales lady was great in answering our questions, even when we just take a look at the house, she was helping us with so many information and googled it for us. Also, Loan Officer team who was doing amazing, she was helping us throughout the process from the beginning to end. I was amazed with people who were so supportive in closing our first time home and we are so happy with the process. Also, the maintenance guy was so friendly and helpful to walk through the process from start until now when we still unclear what to do, he was there for us. Happy to see that we have a house now. Again from the bottom of our heart, thank you!!

Customer service has been good so far. Hope the sod gets some rain. HOA applications for fencing and shed should be quicker. We have paid for fencing and contractor wants to start but waiting on response from HOA.

Working with the loan officer [name removed] was an absolute nightmare. Thankfully I had a family friend who is a lender helping me through the experience, but he messed up in multiple situations and was not thorough. The communication was lackluster and inconsistent. Also the company contracted to do landscaping messed up multiple times and took a few days to fix it. [name removed] was very attentive to it, but the other company not helpful. Our brand new grass went without water for a few days.

Liked most the service from our representative, she is very responsive and is working hard to make sure we have everything we need. Dislike would probably be a couple of repairs not quite finished at close. However, I am confident they will be resolved.

[name removed] from Inspire Home loans was amazing to work with and giving a timely response and resolving any queries. [name removed] from Construction was also great to work with in identifying and resolving issues related to build. The thing that I disliked most about my purchase was response from management especially [name removed]. When I contracted my contract document mentioned that this home will have sprinklers and later this was changed by an addendum. We bought this home considering we were getting a better value home with sprinklers and this was not the case. When we asked management to adjust cost, they did not entertain and kept turning down all reasonable customer requests. We got a washer dryer which is very poor quality considering what other customers got from Century communities. I felt that as a customer I am not being valued after sales. I had a really bad experience with management.

Overall, we really enjoyed the experience—the process was smooth, and everyone was helpful and professional. The only part we found challenging was how much was required from my husband while he was deployed. It would have been helpful to know exactly what documentation was needed upfront, so we didn't have to keep going back and forth with his chain of command. Clearer communication about those expectations would definitely make things easier for military families in similar situations.

They were very all very professional, responsive and informative throughout our homebuying process.
