[name removed] from day one has been amazing. We love working with her. She was best part of whole process, she answers questions and makes the process for buying lovely. [name removed] was also lovely we liked doing walk throughs with her she is very personable and friendly. . Our biggest complaints are quality of building materials used-we were down daily during build and there were split 2x4's used in the stud walls and not replaced when pointed out. Badly split ones that should never have gone in, hopefully we have no structure issues with those. Subfloor in kitchen had a large hole in it that was never repaired correctly so hoping we have no issues there either. Quality control needs to be handled and better maintained. Our key hand off was the worst experience we have ever had. We bought our first house from LGI and they were super subpar but their key hand off was nice and someone was there to do the final walk with us. We were shoved the keys from the angelick in the office. NO one was there to show us how the lights were set up for front light programming, or how to set up garage code or door code or to run us through anything we probably should have been told. We had to dig for manuals and figure it out ourselves, the house was FILTHY!!!! There was no final cleaning. All the cupboards and drawers had sawdust and debris, floors were covered in drywall mud, paint and dirt. We are still trying to get it all up. Bathrooms were still dirty floors not vacuumed. Very unprofessional and gross, you pay 600k for a brand new house you would expect that it be clean and ready for move in and key take over. It was not. We had thought once we were given keys there would have been one more walk through and to be able to ask more questions but nope. Shoved the keys and sent on our way. Garage was filled with leftover building materials and not swept out. The whole experience really sucked. Where is the customer service and satisfaction here? No keys for the mailboxes still. No one knows where mail is. ALSO a huge issue. Why is Century not getting on the Post office about this? We had to deal with STINKING outhouses on our property for almost a week before they got moved. It was like once the house was ours all customer service and care disappeared. We really had high expectations from this company after dealing with LGI but the ball was dropped majorly. If it wasn't for [name removed] and [name removed] this experience would be a complete zero! Also you allowed landscaping to plant half dead trees that are completely inappropriate for where they are planted. Little to know care that these tree will grow larger and roots will cause major issues. On top of that ALL the trees planted in the city strip are all dead. They got very little water all summer. They will have to be replaced.

There were a number of issues with the closing timeline from our end of things, due to delays in selling another home, and the team was very patient and flexible with us as we worked through things with them.
