I’ll just say this, my loan agent, [name removed], was very professional and rocked when it came to answers any question I had & addressing my concerns like the customer I am. She never made me feel like I was getting a deal and lucky to get the home I purchased. She was very straightforward about the process but yet always kind in her delivery. She was quick to remind me, but also very patient when I gave her my explanations. She was very easy to work with & talk to, never over delivering what could be done. I really appreciated the experience with her.

The loan officer wasn’t as helpful as noted. [name removed] was wonderful and welcoming. It was very short noticed and rushed at the end. We are grateful for our beautiful home but noticed things were still not in order even when moving in. We are super thankful for the adt discount! We would like to see some HOA enforcement as home owners are already blocking the cul de sac with cars parked outside. I would’ve gone with the more expensive house to avoid the mess.

That the lender does not do Asset based loans was a real pain. Someone who has multiple 7 figures and could buy several of these homes in cash- was not approved and I had to get my own financing with a much higher rate. This was very frustrating. We have many issues that still need to be fixed, and no communication about what was fixed when I submitted my inspection- though I know they had drywalled over a vent and now the vent is there- but I do not know what is fixed The sales person was new and did not know a lot about the models vs the inventory. But the homes, the location, everything about living here is perfect.

I particularly liked the loan officer. I felt like I was in contact with him more than anybody and he was always able to answer any questions or sway any doubt I may have had. It was one of the better experiences I have had dealing with applying for a loan. He was always able to reassure me about anything I had worry about through the entire process. Also [name removed], she is absolutely perfect. Anytime I need anything she is there for me. Anytime I walk into the office she is always willing and excited to help with anything that I need. Overall I have had a very pleasant experience with century and will be recommending to everyone I talk to about buying a house.
