We had a really positive experience with Century Communities from contract through move-in. The team was very helpful throughout the process, answered our questions, kept us updated, and worked with us whenever something needed clarification. We especially appreciated how responsive everyone was during the final walkthrough and closing process, since there were a lot of moving parts at the end. The home itself turned out beautiful, and we were happy with the included upgrades and overall quality. As first-time homebuyers, the process could have easily felt overwhelming, but Century made it much easier to navigate. Overall, we’re very happy with our purchase and excited to be in our new home.

Communication was mostly good, however, it lapsed at times and was frustrating. Century's closing expectations were too aggressive and put a lot of unnecessary stress on us by getting our hopes up and having to push the date multiple times. No one at Century contacted the attorney doing the closing that we had to delay and they called us asking why we weren't there for the closing. Pretty unprofessional. I do believe [name removed] did the best he could and had our best interests in mind the whole way. He's also been very responsive in getting things fixed that needed it. He's been great.

What I liked most was working with [name removed], we went in with our price point and what we were looking for in a home and he knew exactly what we needed and showed us our dream home. Gave us weekly updates and even after we moved in, the builder came and fixed minor repairs. Overall experience was smooth

We had a great loan specialist [name removed] who was very responsive throughout the process. The builder [name removed] is an awesome human and we trust him. We disliked the level of service with the pre-closing representatives at McMichael & Gray. Also, after we signed all the closing documents the documents had to be sent to the lender for approval before we could leave. That process was entirely too long, frustrating and uneasy considering they referred to it as an unknown condition. We had no idea what that meant and the attorney stated that she did not know.

[name removed] was amazing and very responsive through the whole process. [name removed] was also a huge help before and after closing. I liked the incentives that were offered. Only thing I disliked was that our closing was pushed back because the landscaping wasn’t completed. But Century took care of our hotel and u-haul extension during that time which was a huge help.
