The ad from my home specifically told me it would have no two stories behind it. The salesman assured me.There would be no two stories behind my house. I have been living in my house for under thirty days and there is a two story going up directly behind me There are 2-3 lots to the east of the home.That is being built, I am demanding these be single story homes, and not two stories. I was not provided with a lock code to my home until a week after I moved in. I was not given the instructions for my lock, so I could change my lock code. Someone was eventually sent, change the code to a code that they knew, and I felt insecure in my house until I was able to change the code. Because I am a single mother with a seven year old son. The funding process was great. Salesman was good except for the lies he told me which I am finding out within thirty days of me moving in. I have the ad as well that states about my home, only having single stories behind it with bold lettering, emphasizing this.

The conversation yielded an excellent choice for us to find a house after four years of moving to CO from WA. In brief, throughout the entire process, [name removed] was very professional and clean in communications; we were always on the same page, which is essential for both sellers and buyers. In addition to [name removed], [name removed] from home financing was instrumental. Our experience with [name removed] and [name removed] was not just good; it was great. They made the sales and financing process smooth and successful. Both possess high emotional intelligence and know the best means to communicate with all critical matters and conversations.

We didn't like the fact that when we changed homes we were denied a fence. I feel buyers were not treated equally. We don't feel the sales person explained fully the several details about the home. We did not find out until orientation for example the tile grout was not sealed, the bathroom paint was flat paint and should have been semi gloss for bathrooms. There were areas in the bathroom that should have been caulked around the tub and shower that was left for the homeowners. We were under the impression the home would be move in ready.

The floor is cheap peel and stick. When paying 564 thousand I would have excepted better flooring.

Home was under construction. Email from Century stated home would have black metal spindles, however, wood spindles were installed. Century's solution was to apologize and offer to cancel deal instead of replacing the spindles. Several flaws pointed out during home inspection were very visible and should have been taken care of prior to inspection. Examples: holes in ceiling near pendant lights, cabinet molding laying on countertop instead of being installed, gutter downspout near front steps not connected to underground drain system because the opening either didn't exist or was concreted over, none of the exterior utility penetrations were sealed, etc. Given this happened just days (a week or two) before closing, left us feeling the 'ol bait and switch routine was at play.

I really enjoyed working with everyone. From the start working with [name removed] was amazing. She was so kind and made me feel like a friend rather than a customer. To the actual house walk through with [name removed]. He went above and beyond and really did everything he could to make me happy. Appreciate all his help and attention to detail. Working with [name removed] from inspire was great as well. He was easy to contact and answered all my questions throughout the entire process. Really made it an easy experience from start to finish.

Disliked - 1. During the time of the sale huge expectations were set by the sales POC, but later there were many co-ordination issues. 2. Found few final touch up issues like paints and finishings, also our digital lock stopped working after we moved in. Liked - 1. Inspire loan has been very helpful with the Loan process. 2. Superintendent [name removed] has been above and beyond to fix final issues.
