Inspire mortgage kept on asking for documents time and again and delayed the closing several time.The rate that I was told and fixed got increased due to it.

As a first time homebuyer the process was made easy from start to finish. [name removed] and [name removed] were a great pair to work with. Throughout the process [name removed] was available at any time to assist with any pops that came along the way. She was always a step ahead of what was needed and answered every question, leaving me with a sense of security. [name removed] walked me through the home made sure that I understood all that different mechanisms of the home so that I could provide it with the best care. The services from everyone, especially my real estate agent [name removed] were just top tier. She provided professional assistance with a personal touch. Understood my concerns and was on call no matter the time. This is a dynamic team and I am honored to have had them as apart of this journey.

When we first visited the sales office, the office manager, [name removed], assured us that if we paid a deposit in May 2024 and secured a home, we would receive a washing machine and dryer as part of the offer. Since this was our first time buying a new home, we trusted the company and didn’t think to get the promise in writing. However, when the house was completed, [name removed] was no longer there, and [name removed], who took over, refused to honor the commitment. This is certainly not the kind of experience that builds word-of-mouth recommendations. [name removed] told us to send an email, but he didn’t expect the company to follow through. Worse still, he never even bothered to email us to inform us that they wouldn't honor the promise.

The overall purchase experience was amazing starting with [name removed], who walked me through all of the beginning steps of the home process. I was overwhelmed with the though process and did not think that purchasing a home was ever going to be a celebration event for myself. However, [name removed] P and [name removed]- Construction Manager did an amazing job with ensuring the process went very smoothly on certain timeline factors. The attention to detail on my home is amazing, and being able to pick-out some simple items to have my personal spin on this home was so amazing to do as well. An extra shout out to the building team on all their efforts in the construction process under the leadership of [name removed], and [name removed] P to make sure things were on schedule. I am also grateful to my realtor [name removed] G who made sure to answer all the necessary questions for me to grasp a better understanding of how things works. I could not have picked a better and amazing team to assist me in the home buying/building process. I am now overwhelmed with joy and the ability to celebrate knowing that I accomplish a huge event in my life.

The whole process was rushed in the interest of Century Communities to sell the home before year’s end. The house was rushed to be completed, the home orientation was rushed and items that were supposed to be fixed are now being handled as warranty. We are now finding ourselves at the mercy of contractors to show up to fix issues the house had to begin with. The price paid for the home does not reflect the quality of workmanship. I would not recommend anyone buying a home from Century Communities under the guise of promises to address issues the home currently had. I feel had we not closed when we did and forced Century Communities to take ownership of all issues, we would feel different about our purchase.
