No one knows more about a homebuilder's quality and service than the builder's customers.

Since 1984, Eliant has been independently evaluating the performance of homebuilders across the U.S., Canada, and the Middle East:

  • We ask recent homebuyers to evaluate their builder's purchase process.
  • Then, we ask homeowners to evaluate their builder's quality and service (1) after the first 5-months in the home, and (2) again at the end of the first year.

Everything with Century was wonderful. However, my experience with Inspire Home Loans and [name removed] [name removed] was not great. They lacked in communication and organization. They made several mistakes throughout the process and it was like they did not communicate to each other at all.

Everything is good. The team is Accommodating, [name removed] is promp to respond on emails and things that we ask needed to be done, TroyLynn have been always keep in contact with us during our house serach keep is updated trough email. [name removed] has been very accommodating also and easy to work with in the home process. Lender team [name removed] is cool and nice to talk to but dont answer my questions. Over all very good. I have friends already asking about buying house and i will recommend Century Homes.

We were really appreciative of how fast as process was to get us into our new home as quickly as possible. There was a lot of back and forth with century and my VA home loan lender. There was horrible communication with me having to be the mediator during the whole process. VERY STRESSFUL and FRUSTRATING.

I liked the floor plan the most. I feel like it’s spacious where it matters most, love the primary bed and bath, second living space, and a very nice kitchen. Not many dislikes, but I did recommend one more vent in the primary bedroom. I think with some careful optimization of the registers throughout the house, we’ll get the temp just right. The CM, Rick, was very receptive to the suggestion. We love our home so far and are very proud of it. Kelly was a good listener regarding what was keeping us from buying at first, but stayed kindly persistent, making sure we knew of any updated info on the houses. She spent a lot of time with us.

What we appreciated most throughout the process was the exceptional customer service and follow-through provided by [name removed], our sales representative, and [name removed], the Superintendent. Both have been extremely accommodating, friendly, and responsive. They consistently answered our questions, followed up when needed, and worked to make sure our concerns were addressed. Their communication and willingness to help greatly contributed to a positive experience. Our experience with the warranty representative was somewhat less satisfactory. We felt that the presentation and process were not as effective as they could have been. At times, it seemed that he was not as familiar with the home and its details as we expected, and we found communication to be somewhat difficult. Our questions were not always answered directly, which left us uncertain about some of the information being presented. We were also uncomfortable being asked to verbally trust the information while, at the same time, being asked to sign documents without having a clear opportunity to review the documentation and fully understand the expectations. We did not feel completely confident about what we were being asked to sign. Fortunately, [name removed] was able to help restore our confidence by following up through email, answering our questions, and working with the appropriate team members to make sure our concerns were addressed. His continued communication and follow-through made a significant difference in our overall experience.
