No one knows more about a homebuilder's quality and service than the builder's customers.

Since 1984, Eliant has been independently evaluating the performance of homebuilders across the U.S., Canada, and the Middle East:

  • We ask recent homebuyers to evaluate their builder's purchase process.
  • Then, we ask homeowners to evaluate their builder's quality and service (1) after the first 5-months in the home, and (2) again at the end of the first year.

Builder Mr. [name removed] at the community is very supportive and helpful. This is my first home(will be move in few weeks) He is hardworking, attentive, lot of patience and explains in detail. I would like century to recognize him

The only thing I would disagree with is the paint that was provided. It was a very small container, and Sherwin-[name removed] informed me that they do not make paint in that size. This is something that could be improved by either providing a discount, supplying the correct size of touch-up paint, or leaving the same paint used for the project at the property so the owner has it available for future touch-ups. Other than that, [name removed] was excellent throughout the process. He was professional, helpful, and even assisted me with the paint issue. I really appreciated his customer service and attention to making sure my concerns were addressed.

I like my new home. Before closing, they fulfilled all of my requests. During both the orientation walk and the final walk, the Century Communities team was very supportive and cooperative. I hope Century Communities will continue to provide the same level of service and support in the future.

[name removed] and the pre-closing team was really good and made me feel valued as a buyer. They were great to work with. The thing I disliked is the additional $3000.00 that I had to pay because we were had to wait the extra time to close on my previous home. That was one thing that made me feel undervalued as a buyer and almost made me opt out of the purchase. If I do refer anyone to Century Communities, I will definitely make them aware of that possibility if they are selling a home prior to putting a home under contract.

I disliked the unwillingness to change closing date. was hospitalized on closing day and century community was not willing to change closing date without a penalty. I had to pay $300 for a notary to come to hospital to sign documents. I think there should be an exception for medical reasons to be able to live without penalty.

It did not matter how many times we requested to see the house during the building process, she always accommodated us, and every single time was genuinely sweet and nice. [name removed], during every conversation I have ever had with [name removed] he has been kind helpful and he is very knowledgeable. We have enjoyed working with [name removed] very much. [name removed] from the mortgage side of the deal was also wonderful. She was always willing to answer my questions and work with me in every aspect and detail of buying my first home.
