Since 1984, Eliant has been independently evaluating the performance of homebuilders across the U.S., Canada, and the Middle East:

  • We ask recent homebuyers to evaluate their builder's purchase process.
  • Then, we ask homeowners to evaluate their builder's quality and service (1) after the first 5-months in the home, and (2) again at the end of the first year.

[name removed] was our sales agent. She was wonderful to work with each step of the way. She answered all our question during the contract phase, kept us updated on construction progress with photos, text, and emails. The builder was able to complete our home ahead of schedule which was a blessing as our previous home sold quickly. [name removed] was great during the inspection and closing visits. He as a great attention to detail and knowledge of the home. He addressed all our questions and concerns. Dislike - I would have liked to have some input of the finishes in the home. The finishes the builder provided are nice but not to my style. I also dislike the orange peel finish on all the walls and ceiling.

I LOVED how both [name removed] and [name removed] were beyond helpful through the entire process. [name removed] repeatedly reached out to me during the build, sending me updates pictures, videos and answering any questions. [name removed] has been the best construction manager we’ve ever had! He was extremely thorough and wasn’t annoyed by me being picky about details. He, himself was picky and paid attention to detail! [name removed] went out of her way to get us what we wanted and also to get our sale. We were looking at multiple homes in different neighborhoods and she made it happen so that we ended up here! She was very friendly and authentic and didn’t make us feel like we were dealing with a used car salesman. Also, this is our 14th home purchase and only 4 of these were not new construction. This home, not being as expensive as a couple of our other homes, is just as well built as the more expensive ones and honestly in the top 3 of all of our homes! Also, NONE of our construction contractors have been as great as [name removed]!!! [name removed] is tied with number one as the seller. We do have another lady in all of our purchases who is also amazing. These two would probably be best friends! ?? We REALLY appreciated both of their promptness, never leaving us hanging and just doing an incredible job across the board!!! I rarely leave reviews on anything, but even if you didn’t ask for one I would have given one because this has honestly been the BEST experience and it makes life so much easier! We are so grateful and appreciative!!! THANK YOU to them again!!! Also, aside from them we have been very happy with the quality of our home. The neatness and detail of it throughout is impressive. Definitely better than many of our other homes!!! Love this house!!

The outside of the home is not very well constructed; overtime I believe it is going to require a lot of work. I don't believe the right products were used on the exterior of the home to stand up to the harsh elements of the south.

Inspire mortgage kept on asking for documents time and again and delayed the closing several time.The rate that I was told and fixed got increased due to it.

As a first time homebuyer the process was made easy from start to finish. [name removed] and [name removed] were a great pair to work with. Throughout the process [name removed] was available at any time to assist with any pops that came along the way. She was always a step ahead of what was needed and answered every question, leaving me with a sense of security. [name removed] walked me through the home made sure that I understood all that different mechanisms of the home so that I could provide it with the best care. The services from everyone, especially my real estate agent [name removed] were just top tier. She provided professional assistance with a personal touch. Understood my concerns and was on call no matter the time. This is a dynamic team and I am honored to have had them as apart of this journey.

At the begging I could ask many things and get answers, during the buying process there was lots of issues related to documents, and now that deal is close I can't get at straight answers about minimum stuff, just documents for reading

There was no contact information left as provided. The exterior damage to the house was present still after walkthrough. Everything else was great. The process to get in was a little rushed but got done properly and on time.

What I appreciated the most about the design of these homes was the incredibly well-thought-out floor plan. Every detail seemed to have been carefully considered, particularly in terms of optimizing space and functionality. The way the rooms are arranged creates a natural flow, and the overall layout gives a feeling of openness and comfort without sacrificing practicality. The additional room space in each area adds a sense of freedom, allowing for more flexibility in how the spaces are used. Whether it's for entertaining, relaxation, or just daily living, it provides a great balance between aesthetics and functionality. One of the standout features that I loved is the second floor, more private mini-living space located upstairs. This added level of privacy and separation is truly a game-changer. It could serve so many purposes—whether it’s a cozy retreat for personal time, a guest suite for visitors, or even a home office away from the bustle of the main living areas. The fact that it offers this versatility while still maintaining a sense of openness and connection to the rest of the house makes it one of the best aspects of the design. It’s like having your own little sanctuary, but still very much part of the home. Additionally, the thoughtful placement of windows and the way natural light flows through the house make the space feel even more expansive. The open-plan design in the common areas creates a sense of togetherness, yet there's enough separation in the layout to give each room its own unique purpose. It’s a great combination of communal spaces and private retreats. In terms of functionality, the plan also makes the best use of storage, with well-placed cabinets and closets that blend seamlessly into the design. It’s clear that whoever designed these homes was thinking about both aesthetic appeal and practical, day-to-day living. Overall, the layout and design really do feel like they were crafted with the idea of maximizing comfort, privacy, and usability, all while keeping the home feeling modern and inviting. The design is solid and works so well for a variety of lifestyles.
