I like the way Classic home take care of customers. The thing I don’t like is some stuffs need to be fixed.

So far all of the issues/bad experiences have gotten fixed. There were some things during the construction that were quite frustrating but they were fixed. The customer service wasn't great during construction. One thing was only fixed after our relator got involved which frustrated me because she did the exact same thing I did with the same person and got results. I feel like I shouldn't have had to get her involved to get the problem fixed. We loved having the weekly updates about what was going on next in our house and what happened the previous week. The ladies in the office were very friendly. The guy in charge pre-drywall was very good. He was patient and answered all my questions. and was very good about explaining what everything was in the house. He also spotted a problem with the way the lights looked in the kitchen after we removed the pendants and just put can lighting in and was able to come up a great solution to the problem. He also noticed that there was no power outlet next to the cat6 in the wall which made it hard to use and made sure there was one next to it. It was little things like this that made me feel like he really cared about making sure the house was the best it could be. The only other issue we had was with the person in charge after the drywall was put up. The big problem was fixed but I often felt like he was annoyed with us whenever we brought up concerns or pointed out mistakes especially during the final walk through. The customer service after we have moved in has been great. We weren't able to get one thing, our driveway, fixed which is frustrating as we are pretty sure it was there before we moved in but we have been able to get everything else fixed. All of classics representatives they have sent out to deal with the issues have been friendly and thorough. The home turned out wonderful and if we were to have another house built we would most likely use classic if we could.

The closing date was moved by one day, the builder was not informed and the house was not ready on closing date. After closing we got to the house and could not get in. Also, a lot of the findings during the final walk through had not been corrected. Closing date was not a pleasant experience.

I liked the weekly updates and communication throughout process Andy has been amazing he has great work ethic and his customer service skills are up to par! Very hard worker When it came to closing lots of things were unfinished and a mess plus it’s been a month since we moved in and havent been able to cook my family decent meals because we have no working oven! That’s very frustrating especially for as expensive as our new home is and the fact that we are in a brand new home! Other minor things need that need to be addressed I really wish they were more consistent!

Our purchasing experience was unlike any we've had previously with a new-build. The consistent and professional communication touchpoints were top notch. Lisa and June are amazing and were ready to assist and run interference whenever needed. Tony and Andy were also very professional and caring. What I dislike is the seemingly simple details which were missed during the build, which have now culminated into several after move-in appointments for which we have to juggle schedules and attend. While we understand that there is no perfection in anything, there appears to be a gap in the quality control process which warrants more attention.

Overall we had a great experience with the purchase process. There were a couple of options we were told we could have that we actually couldn't do on our model, and there were some options that our model had that we were not told about (we would have added the optional window in the kitchen had we known about it for example).

They did everything they could to get us what we wanted, even going beyond to change some things from their standard configuration, like turning the tub around.

our front yard grass was installed and thriving before someone came along and dropped it up and never put it back correctly or with care. the lawn now has brown parches and some sprinkler heads were completely under ground. there are still patches that need to be fixed but over all it needs real attention. we are grass people so its super frustrating to see it the way it is.

the responsiveness. Kyle takes each warranty input like it was something wrong with his own home. His care and consideration is top notch. He also takes time to explain the way forward and the subsequent steps if that way forward does not resolve the issues.

In the beginning, we had some issues w/the price of our house, even after the contract had been signed. There was a $20K mistake that had not been included. So, we had to go back and change several things, due to the additional cost. This happened again later in the process, but it was a lower amount (I think around $6800). That mistake was forgiven, due to the other issues we had. There were a few more bumps in the road along the way and after closing, but Classic did step up to the plate and took care of them, which we really appreciate! Lisa in the sales office was great to work with, towards the end (we originally had Lori). During the building process, Tony was extremely thorough and fantastic to work with! This is our 2nd Classic home and we love it!

How the interior paint selection was displayed in the design studio was not realistic. We did not receive a separate paint sample during the selection process, and once we saw it painted in our home we HATED it. The resulting frustration and time spent could easily have been avoided if we were presented an interior paint sample separate from the options on the wall. The options on the wall next to the selection we made changed the appearance of the color, which is why the separate 8.5 x 11 sample is so important - seeing the color stand by itself changed the appearance to what it truly is. PLEASE change this for future buyers, it adds minimal effort and cost and can save a lot of frustration in the process. We've also been very frustrated with the quality of the landscaping job in our front yard. On the flip side, we really appreciated the regular contact and updates from the sales office (Lisa and June) and construction manager (Joe and Andy). They were always available to answer questions, and Andy went above and beyond to adjust how our tub was oriented after we expressed frustration that it was different from the model photos available online. Andy was on top of every little fix the week before we closed, and that was very encouraging to us. He's also enjoyable to chat with!

The team has been good to work with. We did have an issue with rain/snow getting into the house thru a vent. We were told it was normal three times, on the 4th attempt it was found that the vent was installed incorrectly and now is fixed.

I really like Kyle my warranty guy even though classic seems to really build these homes as fast as possible he takes the time to try and get things fixed for me. Important to have these guys with super people skills. Even when classic says they can't do anything he puts it out there as politely and soft spoken as possible. Perfect guy for the job. Love what he does and they way he represents your company.

Basement flooded before we moved into the home. Microwave vent painted shut. First time we used oven the cabinet above the oven overheated because heat was not vented. Olive oil jar broke because of heat and leaked into microwave. Oil still dripping from inside of microwave 10 months later. Classic refused to replace microwave. Rock landscaping at south side of house is treacherous to walk on because of steep 10” drop off near fence. Hazardous condition. Classic refused to remediate. All other deficiencies remedied by Classic.

I really like how friendly associates were and how I was kept informed of the built process. On the other hand, Classic contractors should listen more to the home owners and be sensitive to their needs. More specifically, it is absurd that a contractor gets to decide where grass is placed just because it home builder's provided. It should be a homeowner's decision not a contractor's decision. Then the homer have to pay to get it fixed to their liking.

I put in several work order for them to come out and look at my concrete. This request seem to be ignored. I purchased another classic in the Indigo Ranch area also, my drive way looked horrible after a few years. I'm trying to get them to look at it and get their hands around it. Cocking or something before it actually all cracks apart. Chunks of concrete are coming off but know one has come out. I purchased and closed in Oct of 2020 and hoping eventually someone comes out my Neighbors is even worst and they have not come out to his home either. We are in Colorado Springs in Banning Lewis Ranch

To me it's about the experience. I purchased my Home over the phone while stationed overseas. Paul and Lori made the process as easy as they could with the time difference. The quality of the home is everything I have expected. I have already recommended two of my coworkers to classic homes. One of them so currently having the same style home as I purchased, being built in Hanna Ridge Every little issue that I hVe found over time was correct by the warranty department. I want to thank all of the Individuals at Classic Homes for not only the beautiful home, but for the amazing experience. I will be sure to have my retirement home built by Classic Homes. To me it's about the experience. I purchased my Home over the phone while stationed overseas. Paul and Lori made the process as easy as they could with the time difference. The quality of the home is everything I have expected. I have already recommended two of my coworkers to classic homes. One of them so currently having the same style home as I purchased, being built in Hanna Ridge Every little issue that I hVe found over time was correct by the warranty department. I want to thank all of the Individuals at Classic Homes for not only the beautiful home, but for the amazing experience. I will be sure to have my retirement home built by Classic Homes.
