Overall, we were very happy with the process; from the Classic Home Flying Horse Sales Team (specifically Christian Peacore); Leigh Barrington in the Design Center; and our builder, Justin. Tina and Diane from sales always jumped in when Christian wasn’t available, and Jamie also jumped in when Justin wasn’t available. Excellent teamwork!!! The contract software transition from the previous version to the version in use now was not a good experience as items fell off, and as such, I had to do a thorough scrub every time it was updated to ensure nothing fell off. We caught a couple of items which was very scary. Hopefully the bugs have been worked out, but it seemed to us that rolling out the updated S/W was somewhat premature. The fears and concerns of being out of state while the build was occurring was mitigated by excellent communication of the Sales Team throughout the build process. The design center sessions were fabulous, and Leigh ensured we had the time needed to make the many decisions including bringing in the cabinet builder to work through the customization of many of our cabinets. When the Cortex floor color we chose was not available during the construction, Leigh did an amazing job helping us choose a different color, with video calls and sending samples, etc. We couldn’t be happier with what we chose thanks to all of Leigh’s assistance. The sales team, design, and build teams were very responsive to any questions we had during the entire process. We would have caught a missing outlet at the drywall inspection but missed it due to not having access to the pantry due to the oven and other items preventing access. There was a disconnect between Justin and I on a bathroom outlet, but it was an oversight that we can live with. We were also very happy with Liz and the 30-day warranty meeting and follow up appointment for the fixes. The team that came into fix the items were all exceptional. We only have one remaining item that they’re working through.
