The sales representatives were amazing and treated us with respect, were congenial, answered all our questions, and truly made the process easy. Each Classic rep was also very responsive, meaning they either answered the phone or got back to us quickly. I would definitely purchase another Classic home based on this very positive experience.

Liked: Representatives were always there when I needed them and always kept me in the loop of any status updates. Disliked: There were a few minor details that were not disclosed to me that had I known prior to purchase, I most likely would have purchased a different lot.

Our experience with Classic home has been a nightmare from the beginning. During the first 30 days after closing on June 28, 2024 we went through our house with a fine tooth comb. We made a list of items that was 3-4 pages long. After we submitted this list by email, there was a scheduled appointment to go over the entire list so that all of these items would be corrected. The warranty representative that was assigned to us came by to talk about all of our concerns. However, when we asked her if she brought the list that we submitted, she said she did not bring the list of items we needed to go over. She just wanted to go over the main items on that list. Now we had to go by memory. (We couldn't print our list due to not having a printer).I don't think she wanted to go through that entire list. She did address some items that we were very concern about an had them fixed. On our 6 months review we again submitted a list of items from the first list and were told that there my concerns for most of the items were cosmetic and Classic home would not fix the items that we needed to be fixed. I think she was blowing smoke up oue butt. Recently we submitted another list for our one year in living in the home and I was very upset that AGAIN we were told that Classic Home would not fix the items that were listed because they were cosmetic. We have been in our house less than a year and our house is not up to standards. We submitted another list for our one year inspection and were told again that everything we listed were cosmetic and Classic Home would not fix the items we listed. I'm very concerned on how Classic Homes does not live up to the Warranty expectation you set prior to buying this house. Everyone said when we bought this home that ANYTHING we found that needed to be fixed within the first year of living in the home would be fixed. All we experienced is that everything is cosmetic and will not be fixed by Classic Home. Below is a list of outstanding Items that NEED to BE fixed by Classic Home. I don't want to hear that it's cosmetic!!!!! 0. When you built this house, there are wall that are not straight. 1. The bannister is crooked and was not installed correctly. The entire bannister was not chalk and not painted correctly. 2. The floor is flaking and there are several planks that need to be replaced. 3. There are Shiney spots on the surface of the floors that need to be replace, due to workers who tried to repair it when they installed the floors. There are also cut marks on the wooden floor where the individuals did not cut the wooden floor correctly. 4. Master bathroom shower doors do not match due to the wall not being straight. 5. The tile in the master bathroom is not is not straight. 6. The grout in the master bathroom need to be redone. This grout was redone due to workers stepping on it and dropping black dye and now the entire shower pan is turning white. 7 All the trim downstairs and upstairs need to be chalked and painted due to poor workmanship. This was addressed on our 30 day list. 8. The Garage rubber seal was not put on correctly. It's one inch shorter on one side and damage on the other side. Your warranty representive told us that this was cosmetic and Classic home would not fix it. 9. The wooden planks on each side of the garage and garage seal need to be replaced. They cut it to short and when the wind blow very hard it cover th inside of my garage floor with dirt. I can't even see the floor due to the amount of dirt that blows underneath the Garage door. But this is not covered due to it being cosmetic. 10. The black rails on the front steps are not long enough for the entire steps. It need to a solid piece of hand rail instead of splicing an additional of steel metal tubing. 11. The sliding glass doors in the front and back of the house does not seal properly. There is dirt and hot and cold air that comes into the house from these doors that are not seling properly. Also the outside od the doors need to be fixed. There are scratches and chips on the outside of the doors from being installed. All of these items were on the list we submitted. I know that these issues could have been addressed and fixed. I want someone in upper management at the main office to call me or make arrangements to come by home to discuss all of my concerns. I don't want the Warranty representative to contact us and come by our home. She would probably say that my home is cosmetic. Thank you, Hector Contreras

From the start, Christian, Theresa, Cara and June were all amazing! We had a very bad experience in the past with another builder, so we were skeptical when we first arrived at Classic. But again, the team at Greenways were amazing and we could tell that they had our best interest at heart. Fast forward to us living in our new home..... We LOVE it!!

We experienced some minor issues as we settled into our Classic home. We have a busy schedule, so there were some difficulties arranging our schedule to accommodate the repair persons' schedule. Once we got the crew in, they performed all of the work to our satisfaction and were polite and professional.

We appreciated the clear and quick communication between the sales team, design team, and our builder Bob. Especially when building living out of state.

They lack of care with Classic to build a home with the level of expectations that should come with the name Classic...your craftsmanship, is sloppy abd unjustified

First and foremost, our purchase experience was exceptional. Everyone we worked with at the sales office was polite and professional. Cara Thurman was particularly great to work with, and we recommend her highly. Two issues that have occurred since we moved in have been disappointing and somewhat alarming. The first relates to the carpeting. We understand that the carpet is "builder grade," but it was poorly installed. There are sharp areas on the carpet where my family has had cuts on their feet. The carpet is coming up on the edges and fraying. We had a warranty person out recently who mentioned that the problem was because we moved furniture on the carpet. That, however, is incorrect, as we voiced concerns before we moved in. The quality of the carpet, particularly the installation, is not commensurate with the quality of the rest of the home. The other concern was brought to Jim Boulton, Classic VP/Project Manager, in August concerning a theft at 6134 Eagle Creek that ultimately resulted in several arrests. We phoned police along with neighbors during the robbery, and they eventually came to the scene long after the incident had occurred. I mentioned to Jim that we were literally "sitting ducks" and that the thieves ignored the large and numerous signs about "trespassing not allowed" and "site under surveillance." I suggested that an actual security presence would make residents less fearful of burglars and having our places broken into in the future as the open construction homes attract thieves. He commented that it was too expensive for Classic to incur that cost. Overall that was a very disappointing answer and one that I believe should be reconsidered. Sincerely, Rich LaMarre

Everything's been incredibly smooth - from shopping to move in, we've been impressed with Classics level of professionalism and follow through. We're new to the area and our first relocation in 30 years, and couldn't be happier with our selection.
