We have had to have the toilet in The guest was “fixed” twice. I personally requested the guts be replaced but they assured me it was corrected, it’s not. When they were there they were attentive and mostly did what I requested

Carol and theresa were helpful and easy to work with. Not always convinced about the quality of the build. carpet is already getting thin and coming apart in place. floors get scratched and knicked way to easy. all of the "LED" bulbs have gone out way too quickly. The grading of the yards is terrible and makes it near impossible to walk and /or keep water from draining and pooling into neighbor's yard. or your own. the overall area and appearance of the development is nice and clean. 2 of our appliances have had issues that we have had to file claims for. People in the neighborhood seem nice and approachable. Wish we had really known some of the key features and things that can make a difference. You are taken through all of the choices so quickly, and as a buyer, you just kind of follow along and try to process. But not knowing the industry , you don't even know what questions to ask or what features to consider....

Carol was amazing. Communication was top notch. Working as a sale and marketing director I am not interested in being sold to. I explained that to Carol, she adjusted her presentation to meet my needs. She provided clear communication of the neighborhood and was not just focused on getting the sale. Dan, our builder stayed in contact, addressed concerns and addressed issues that were identified promptly. Both Carol and Dan come highly rated in my book. As a hiring and training manager, I view their professionalism and customer service top notch.

Generally a strong customer service experience. However, after months of living in the home we are regularly finding areas where build quality is lacking or isn't up to what I'd considered standard.

Weekly updates were great! Sales office ladies were so nice. Main builder, Dan, was informative and followed up on requests. Closing was a breeze. Even after closing, Dan is following up on items. The only thing I felt was lacking was attention to details during the final walk throughs. It’s a new build so my expectations were maybe higher than they should have been. But I get it, Classic can’t notice everything. All in all, really happy with my new home.

We had cracks in the guest bath tub which they don't believe is a crack but a scratch instead. We showed them the cracks in master shower and the agreed to fix those. When I asked again about the tub they said if it is a crack the tub would need replaced and then again assured me it was a scratch, then said if I notice any leaking then they'd fix it but the type of fix would make the tub floor look horrible, I asked dif they'd replace and they said probably not, only weld the area.other items we brought to there attention were resolved, so we've been happy with thise repairs

The home was already built but really loved the design of homes. From the contract to closing (and after), everyone at classic homes have been attentive to anything we needed. Closing gifts are a nice surprise!

Dislikes: Things lacking in planning and build that keep this from being a great home: • no window eaves – oh wait there is a thin one at very top of house and only on east/west sides...better close all windows each time it rains! • sub-par windows, on a brand-new build? that don't lock in place?...have called twice to have them inspected, finally (we hope) will get fixed (or replaced). • This is really silly, what is the point of demanding a "fenced yard"? – when houses are atop each other and neighbors can clearly (openly) see from one yard to the next – the "privacy" concept seems to hav been completely misguided, misunderstood or ignored.

The warranty service was okay, they take a long time to show up to the house and fix the issue. For example our oven stopped working immediately when we moved in and they took a while to give us a replacement.

For us it was all great, office staff, our project manager were great. One issue; our kitchen countertop had an obvious defect, we found it odd that we had to point it out versus it being replaced or not installed at all. Also the fence issue could have been handled in a better more timely manner.

Lots size. Too small. I wanted a house, not an apartment or a patio home. That is why I sold it. Has far as the house we loved it. Just didn't like looking out a bedroom window, into the dinning room next door. The space between the window wells and the fence, was too close to even push a lawn mower

Carol, Teresa, Bob and Woody all maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process. We were updated weekly, even if nothing substantial happened, to include pictures which was very much appreciated. All of our questions were answered in a very timely manner and everyone we interacted with was very accommodating.

How dirty are house was before we moved in. The water heater kept leaking and soaking up the walls and carpet. It finally got resolved after several attempts.

Goes a little too fast at the beginning when trying to decide what you need in your home. I feel like all the options were not presented (which i realize there must be alot); however in this initial stage as the "ignorant new home builder" you don't always think about everything you might need in the house especially if it's not presented as an option. The inability to make very little changes if any after contract signed is a little unreasonable, especially when we can see that the home is still at a stage where something could have been changed or added without significantly affecting what had been done to date. Aside from this, I felt that the process went extremely smooth, there was a ton of communication. We really enjoyed the pictures of the home's progress. we were extremely fortunate in that we had no supply-chain issues, the weather cooperated and the house was finished earlier than expected. Very few / minimal issues have been found so far. Everyone in our local office at Hannah Ridge has been great, very professional and informative.

We have had no problems with the warranty service, our issue is with the quality of the initial build. Stan has been great at fixing or getting someone to fix things that should have been noticed and fixed before our move in.
