When I moved in I was moving from Overseas to the US and had to put some extra trust in the closing process. I showed up 1 month after closing to find my house extremely cold, with the brand new fridge broken due to a frozen water line and no utilities functioning.

The Classic team was very involved in making sure I knew all about the home, walking through it with me to make sure it was up to par, and making me feel cared for and welcome in my new home by celebrating the purchase.

I moved into my house from a deployment and there was a mixup with the utilities causing my house to be without heat in the Winter and making my refrigerator’s water supply burst. I was left with fixing it on my own.

The climate control has a hard time reaching the 3rd floor and doesn't seem to evenly distribute throughout the house with the top floor having the hardest time to cool off during the summer months. The deck is nice but there is zero over hang to provide shade. The HOA company is absolutely horrible and does not care about the community.

Liked our sales person and the warranty dept. has been good. The main level of the home is very cold at all times. We have had the front door adjusted and had the furnace checked but the design of this home for some reason does not allow for proper circulation if heat.

The purchase experience was great with Julie and Cara, they were very friendly and accommodating throughout the process. I had spent a day with Sean and did not enjoy working with him. He is not longer with the team.

I am just now signing off on the initial build which is almost one year out. We still, unfortunately have tile issues in the shower. There have been many positives, including polite interactions and quick response times regarding communication. The work was just rushed in a few areas that continued to be poorly done. There have been many instances that I was told the work was done, but it simply was not. The sub was blamed.

I bought my home while deployed, and followed instructions to turn sign over utilities. Since I was deployed, the power was shut off and has been shut off for 45 days before I can be there in person.

I am 5 months into the home and unfortunately I am still trying to get things finished. I can give you details but I have had a tough time getting things finished. That said, everyone I have spoken with has been polite and considerate. All said, if I had a choice to rewind the tape, I probably would not have bought it.

Overall a fantastic purchase- Some of the punch list items were not completed prior to closing so that created a small frustration- Also the lock to our door was not installed following closing. Your team onsite did a fantastic job of rectifying the issues though so still a great experience.

The people from the office all the way to the builders have been pleasant and very helpful. Customer service is great, there are a couple of things that still need to be fix and they have said they will make it right, so that makes me feel comfortable. The one thing that was a bit disappointing was the carpet it had several stains they attempted to clean it which I appreciate but it still had stains. My contact with classic said he will make it right so I trust his word and look foward to it being handled.
