For me, I can honestly say I'm so very GLAD that I own a Classic Home. My experience with owning a Classic Home has been a true Blessing from Above! EVERYthing from all the CLASSIC people (Wolf Ranch Sales Team and Classic Warranty Team) who supported me to the outstanding CLASSIC home product. Both people and product have made ALL the difference! I am coming up on one year in July 2023 and with a few open ended warranty items that are to be completed, the entire process is being brought full circle and marked with a standard of excellence. The fit and finish. Mainly the everything to include the finish in the garage, the tiles and grout messiness, the missing paint in the window frames, the pre wire cables that are caked in drywall, the garage tracks that have paint and drywall on them. The garage lock that doesn’t go through it’s entrance, the garage track that’s sitting on top of a hard piece of plastic, the water outlet in the garage that has paint and drywall on it. Quality of the house is nice overall, seems like the cleanup was rushed and there are paint dots on different things till today so painting seems sloppy, some paint dots on carpet, door handles, missed spot on the washer/dryer door. It also seems like the washer dryer door wasnt put in properly. Stuff i can fix myself but still a pain. Overall though a good job, just the fine details and a few odds and ends seem to have slipped through the cracks

I liked the interaction with the Sales Team. The communication with email and text communication was good. The Superintendent was awesome!! He supported me great in every way. He ensured that everything was good and at its best. He was very communicative and fixed everything we found.

We had a pretty smooth ride right from the beginning; acquiring the plot, sales team, design process, walk through with the supervisor, warranty team, pretty much everybody. A little flexibility during the design process would have been great. Such as an option to upgrade the door knobs with locks in all rooms. We understand that closing date could not have been predicted accurately with the supply chain disruption. However, we would have appreciated an engaged communication once we were likely within 90 days of closing. We are enjoying our house so far. We are happy with our decision to build with Classic and very much appreciate you getting us into our home.

Currently dealing with a leaked roof that occurred last Friday 8/26,the on call person was very responsive at that time,it is now Wednesday 8/31 and neither the responding individual and warranty individual can get the roofing company to respond to a time to address issue,both Classic individuals have been responding to me but cannot get the roofing company to respond!Unacceptable as I am concerned the issue will get worse with next rain.

We still have a few concerns. We need to schedule another warranty visit to fix that light in the bedroom and to fix the baseboard and to fix the finishing cap on the stone on the front porch. Everything else really good. We Love our new home and location it is Uniquely built and it stands out amongst the other new builds in the area.

Home was not completed in time for closing. Warranty rep for my home vs. my neighbors home were very inconsistent. I have cracking in baseboards, and they won't fix it due to it being "cosmetic". However, my next door neighbor has a different warranty rep who will fix anything she asks whether it is paint or anything else.

We greatly appreciated the weekly photos sent to us by the Sales team. We understand it was a different time with the pandemic/supply issues/committing to dates we just wish we could have been provided a better "estimate" of month of closing. Otherwise, it has been a nice experience.

First of all, bravo. The experience was full of ups and downs and through it all, I loved how the Classic team was there to listen/respond. The sales team was always available for calls, understanding of issues, and motivated to help. The weekly photos helped tons. The builder phone calls with Kyle were also extremely helpful. Even with the responsibility of 100 other homes, the team always made me feel like my home was special. Loved the design studio. My biggest acknowledgement to Classic is committing to the home price for the duration of the contract. It was because of this that I was able to afford this home. Thank you. Many of the dislikes were likely associated with supply chain and labor issues that were a result of COVID - to what extent, I sometimes wondered. Sometimes it felt as though Wolf Ranch was experience supply chain issues but spec homes on Pathways were being built in a fraction of the time.

I really enjoyed the level of communication i got, I was able to plan around everything once getting into the house. I didn't like the difficulty in getting the initial close date, although that is understandable considering the state of the supply chain right now. On that same note it is a shame the appliances weren't all available at close but that's a result of the supply issues as well. The design center was a pretty cool experience as well that I really enjoyed, one thing i with there was there was the paint colors on display on the different types of wood, some of that was just explained to me rather than seeing what it would look like. It turned out well for me but i was a bit unsure if the cabinets would turn out the way I wanted them until I saw them in the house. Aside from that the whole process was very pleasant and all the people along the way have been great to deal with! Thanks for building my new home!

Liked the floorplan and location. Liked the proposed construction methods. Liked the design center. Did not like: options offered that weren't actually available, fighting to get a fix for base sink faucet/drain pulls that weren't reasonable to use, sloppy construction - if the walls show up pre-built, there's not a lot of good reasons that walls can't be plumb/square and correctly seated and affixed to rim joists. Doors installed out of square and not remedied until paint and caulk were done which resulted in terrible finish quality. Having punch list tape removed en-masse without repairs being made. Forced closing when punch list items were far from being complete - and still not complete nearly 2 months later.

Sales reps (Josh was our primary, with some interaction with Kimberly and Jennifer), were great and helpful throughout the process. No issues with them. Home quality is sub-par and not what I expected from Classic. I am a licensed Real Estate Broker in Colorado, and there was a time when Classic was a trusted builder. Unfortunately, that is no longer seems to be true. The quality of the tile work in my home is not only sub par, it is actually amateur quality. The carpet on the lower two levels of stairs upon move in was already in need of replacement due to numerous contractors in and out, wearing shoes, with no plastic protection on the carpet. Numerous touch ups to paint resulted in paint in carpet, and on laminate in some areas. I could really go on... some of these items were easily corrected, but the uncovered carpet and absolutely horrible shower/bath tile jobs are inexcusable issues. I bought this home as an investment property, but will not hold it more than 1 to 2 years max due to quality concerns. I have another Classic under contract in the same neighborhood that we plan to live in (because we do love the floorplans and low maintenance aspect of the community). We contracted before seeing the quality issues with the investment property. I will be looking closely during the build process and will not allow some of those issues to be repeated on the second home. Hopefully before the next home is built, Classic finds a sub that actually knows how to lay tile on a vertical surface.

I liked the continuous updates on the progress of the home. I disliked feeling like the soft closing date couldn’t be moved an extra week or two to fulfill house design needs. I disliked not knowing about things like having a light pole installed on the corner lot (where my house is built) that shines bright through the master bedroom windows and shakes like crazy during windy days.
