This is my second Classic Home. Each time I chose my lot and designed my home at the Design Center with Leigh. I found so much freedom in creating the home I wanted. There are so many options! The quality of the home is top notch. The first home I purchased sold in one day with 2 cash offers well above asking price. This was in July 2024.

I would like to acknowledge Paul Kyburz in sales for his professionalism and kindness to me during a difficult time in my life. He made my home purchase streamline. Tony Grado has gone out of his way for me from start to finish of building my home. I could not have asked for a better man to do the job. This is my second Classic Home and I have been very pleased with both homes.

It was a spec home that we signed a couple months before closing. We were given the flexibility to revise and or add a few items that we wanted.

I have no complaints about my experience with Classic homes. The two-bedroom is a perfect size for me yet allows me a visitor on occasion. I have had only one minor difficulty with my air conditioner; when maintenance couldn’t solve the issue, Classic paid for professional help. Currently, my sliding door lock does not engage and it would be great to have that repaired.

I loved everything about the process. The designer Leigh was knowledgeable about the products offered and gave guidance that was very appreciated. The sales person Paul was compassionate about my needs to find a home as a newly single person. Tony the project manager was top notch and addressed every and all concerns when I had them.

Everything has been wonderful starting with Paul, Karin and Josh and then Jessica at the Design Studio. Tony and Frederick were amazing, as well. The warranty is following up with any last minute items. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

Capstone was a disappointment. Did not have checks ready for my payoffs and my broker which meant a trip to their office to wait for checks! Sales team at classic and the team crushed it! Super attentive and willing to go the extra mile. Home - lacking the Classic known for quality.
