Very attentive and accommodating classic realtor (Josh) and pre-purchase walk through (Tony) as well as new home orientation (so sorry I can't recall his name). Amazing incentives and exactly the type of home we were looking for. Also, closed the deal very quickly (two weeks from finding to closing!). Thank you for a great experience and a great home.

From start to finish, building with classic was nothing short of a pleasurable experience. From the first encounter with the office staff specifically Josh and Karen, who was more than helpful and informative. Through the building process with Doug who is probably one of the best, experienced & most professional builders on the front range. To include working through minor issues after closing was nothing short of a great experience.
