Everyone was very friendly and had no problem working together to answer questions, they didn't just tell me to call, they called for me and got answers. I dislike that certain things dont come standard in the home and I have to pay extra, makes budgeting slightly deceptive (stone countertops throughout, fencing, landscaping, can lights, ceiling fans)
