Classic was so easy to work with. Cara and Christian were wonderful they always answered questions promptly made the entire process easy. Jessica was so knowledgeable and helpful at the design studio and was on top of everything. Hai was great he made the electronic portion quick and easy. Mac was unbelievable in every aspect of the building process. Getting weekly updates was wonderful. Overall not one complaint this was a fast and simple process. They were so on top of everything I never felt like I had unanswered questions or unsure of what needed to be done.Even Toby made the loan process so quick and didn’t waste any time getting things done. Having phone numbers and emails made things so quick when had a question and no question went without an immediate response. I could not be happier with the professionalism, kindness and overall helpfulness of everyone I dealt with during this process. This was such an amazing team from day one.

What I liked most: The contract process and closing information were very thorough. The email packet with utility transfer info, trash schedule, mail keys, smart home contacts, and wire fraud warnings was clear and helpful, and the closing at the main office on Flying Horse Club Drive was well organized. Thanks to the whole team at Classic homes, Cara,Christian were extremely helpful and friendly.

Everyone was extremely nice and responsive to any questions that I had. The team was very consultative and made the process very smooth and exciting. The builders were so thorough and i love the quality of the builds from Classic!

Everyone was very friendly and had no problem working together to answer questions, they didn't just tell me to call, they called for me and got answers. I dislike that certain things dont come standard in the home and I have to pay extra, makes budgeting slightly deceptive (stone countertops throughout, fencing, landscaping, can lights, ceiling fans)
