Anytime I had a question or issue throughout the process sales team, design studio,, building supervisors have all been timely and helpful with responding to whatever I needed. I did feel a bit rushed through the design studio process, which should be a exciting and creative decision making process. It wasn’t the designers fault, I realize there are timeframes in which projects/ decisions need completed. .

From the project managers, Ken and Mac, to Zach, Warranty service, to everyone I have dealt with I could not have been happier. I love my house and everything about it. I have to give extra credit to Ken, Mac and Zach. Could not have asked for anyone that would have been more accommodating, thoughtful, and eager to help. Thank you so much Ken, Mac and Zach, you were all the very best!! Also, the office staff was just wonderful??

Everyone was very respectful and friendly. The iy issue we currently have is a floor board in the Master bedroom that will not stop popping. Classic has tried 3 times to stop the popping.

Dislike -issues that nobody caught that caused major damage to our home (broken main water line coming into the house that was leaking in our crawlspace for over a month prior to closing, main electrical line caught on fire 9 months after closing due to landscapers cutting it when they installed a fence because lines were not marked), poor quality of trades (tiled over backsplash tile instead of removing, patching scratches in tub 5 times and now they decide to replace and tear up my bathroom, driveway has to be replaced because of bad concrete), stucco cracking around area of house where water main was leaking but Classic says stucco cracks and won't do anything about it. Poor Quality Construction!!!!!

Jeff and Teresa were very helpful at the sales office and completing CPR requests. Mac and Ken were very professional and easy to work with. They always addressed any questions or concerns. The final work of the home was perfect.

The warranty person, Liz, with the support of Mac (Construction "super") are the best aspects of the warranty and support received since closing. Liz has helped with she can within the Classic guidelines. The overall quality of the house is average, meaning it is okay but not outstanding. The fit and finish are not at a level that I had with Vantage when they built a house for me in Cordera a in 2018.

Everything has gone according to plan so far. I disliked the fact that while I was deciding which model to choose, the cost went up $4,000. I disliked the fact that every time I added an option I was charged $200. The cost of the home is already very high.

Everyone was so 'on it'. All you had to do was send an email and someone would assist you. We built our home while living about 5 hours away, and this connectivity really helped. We also loved the photos they sent each week, as well as the check in with our build manager. A really classy and educated team works for Classic Homes, and they should be so proud of who they've hired.

I have been in this house over five months, and am still waiting for tile work, painting, and my porch to be finished. Very disappointed in the quality of workmanship, which made so much rework necessary. It is a small house but I have never experienced so much lack of quality control in almost all aspects of the build. In particular, almost every upgrade I paid for was poorly or incorrectly executed. Classic should not offer options they can not properly install. Tom has been great trying to make up for so many incompetencies, but he can only do so much. At this point, it is obvious we can not make a "silk purse out of a sow's ear".

The process was well organized. The personnel I worked with did well. Jenna especially did well responding each time I asked a questions. Jeff and Teresa supported as well. Stacey in the design center was extremely helpful and followed up promptly in resolving any concerns. MAC the project supervisor is OUTSTANDING. He made the build process much better than I expected it to be. Kudos to Mac and his partner Ken. Both are great!

We basically had this house built long distance from Texas. Everyone from the initial consultation to The design process, to the build has been so professional. There were a few issues that were quickly resolved by Jeff, John and Justyn. We’ve built and remodeled homes many times and this was by far the easiest we’ve had.

1. We were lied to from Jeff in sales and Seth on site supervisor on lot set backs that created 5 stairs vs. 2 at entry, This was a huge issue as we bought this model and lot due to health issues with steps, now we have 5 steep steps out our front door. We were never told of the change until they poured the steps and added a railing. 2. After 30 days of being in our house items from pre-close are still not complete or even scheduled. 3. Quality of materials and workmanship is subpar. Ie: Woodwork has staples sticking out, cracks, nicks and painters painted right over it, uneven bathroom floor tiles 4. Doors - a MESS! huge nicks out of them, cracks, paint is not even, very splotchy 5. Shower tile needed to be redone 3 times and it's still not correct. 6. Paint touch ups create more issues because they don't wipe down walls before spot painting touch ups. 7. Bathtub got scratched and big nicks in it during tile redo. They tried to touch up but it is worse. 8. Cabinets - wrong cabinet set up was installed in bathrooms and nobody even noticed until walk thru. Classic blames cabinet manufacture. Kitchen cabinets scratched and paint issues due to cleaners. 9. Front Porch Concrete has multiple large cracks and Classic's response is concrete cracks. It was cracked prior to move in and they still won't take responsibility for fixing it. They also had to replace entire garage floor due to multiple cracks. Again Classic said cracks are common. We had to escalate to higher ups to get it replaced before move in. 10. Front porch rail was not installed per plan. We had to get plan from regional and point it out to builder.
