I loved how friendly the staff was at the model and how Classic worked with us while trying to sell our current home. I’ve had homes built by Richmond, St Aubyn and Aspen View and Classic was the best out of them by far.

The sales team was wonderful! The design team was the same however, I wish things that are not standard for example locks on bedroom doors, lights on the deck extension etc. were pointed out to avoid any issues. Our home had a leak in the media room that is still being addressed. We lived in the home now for about 6 weeks of which most of that time there was contaminants present. In addition, everytime the problem is addressed we deal with the stress of moving around furniture, cleaning and then moving the furniture back. This will be completely remediated hopefully 7/15 however, being a family that loves movie time and always have a house full of kids visiting since it’s Summer time, this was highly inconvenience and time consuming not to mention the added work (cleaning, moving around furniture, working around the time to have trades in and out of our home etc.).

At the moment, the biggest frustration is with the HOA who refused to communicate any details/updates at all on the landscape deposit that was paid at the time of closing. If the Classic team could help with that, that would likely change my overall evaluation to a "10"

The whole experience was very good throughout. The construction time was amazing. I was prepared for many delays but you kept your schedule. I would have preferred to have the option to include the landscaping into my financing.
