Classic has responded to all of my inquiries and concerns. I think the floor installation was done incorrectly even though they have fixed a few issues, but overall, it was either rushed or something. Grout in the shower, thought most builders had gone away from grout, so hard to clean. Appliances are pretty low end - center burner on stove doesn't work and cannot be used as it leaks gas around it. Dishwasher doesn't clean unless you rinse all dishes first. Love the water heater though and furnace works great. My front door paint is bubbling up.

It was a little slow but that is expected in the current climate so that’s just what it is .. The big leak a few weeks before closing was a big concern and the quality concern is 99.9% to do with door hanging .. The process itself was excellent and we worked with some great people who were very supportive all the way..

Ive been told several times that they wont fix the plaster holes that air bubbles caused due to poor craftsmanship. I have a few walls that are off square buy visible amounts. there are holes that i can see light through in the garage (from inside to outside) My kitchen window condensates between the panels. I requested a sink hole be repaired... i had to backfill it myself and repair my landscaping after the laborer came out and made a mess of the place. i had to fight tooth and nail to get them to fix cosmetic drywall crack in the living room BEFORE I CLOSED ON THE PROPERTY. My hardware in the bathrooms isnt mounted correctly so they are all twisted and not secure. the toilet paper holders drop the toilet paper on the ground regularly. i have a toilet that causes negative pressure while flushing and occasionally "burps" sewage air into the master suite. (was told this is normal and they couldnt fix it) Had the original "warranty" guy get belligerent in my house to the point of forcing him to leave. (the current one is absolutely amazing and professional) the light fixtures on the front of garage were cut so large theres a 1/2 of caulking to cover it up. The tile in the master suite is 2 different colors and was told that its normal.... the tile in master suite is also off square by about 3/4 inch over 6 feet. was also told this is normal. the glass installed in the wall of master shower is mounted crooked and was not caulked causing slight water damage before it was caught. the sink in basement takes roughly 7 minutes to have warm water. this is a brief synapsis of the issues ive had since purchasing a 400k+ dollar house. not to mention being told that my expectations are too high when I was questioning why there is paint on my hardwood floor. Or pen marks on my wall from where they tried to mount the bathroom hardware.

I worked with a gentleman named Zach. He struggled to meet his commitments to us. In fact we still have two outstanding items that are still not completed that were promised to be completed weeks ago. We are working with Malachi now but he said yesterday it is still being reviewed by Managers. We are ready for this to be completed. We are grateful however that we have seen progress over the long haul but the length of time to complete has been excessive.

Our experience overall was outstanding. Your staff has been amazing from Josh Woolery our salesman, to Kimberly keeping us updated weekly as we were in Florida during the build, to Trent and Chris our construction managers who also kept us well informed about delays and issues. Just a few things that we didn’t like were #1 our realtor who we love only received a 2% commission and only on the base price which we didn’t think was fair to her and her team, 2 we paid for a gas line that we were led to believe would work for a fire pit in the backyard which it is not big enough to do so. I wish that was communicated better, 3 our tile work in the showers isn’t the best but hopefully that will be fixed via our warranty appointment, 4 we have been having GFI outlets popping in our storage room. Jack promptly got the electricians out, but we are still having some issues. Like I said overall we are extremely happy with the overall product and services. Just looking for to everything working properly and looking amazing. Thank you, Erica and Daryl Page

There were many mistakes made along the way, some were corrected, some were not correctable. Most of them could have been avoided with a little more attention to detail. We are mostly happy with how are home turned out though and the people we worked with through the whole process were very nice.

Classic's Wolf Ranch home office team was pretty awesome, friendly and responsive. However, many of the trades quality control is pretty questionable for a home costing over $850K! Many items had to be addressed, re-addressed, and fixed, touched up repeatedly. One would think one and done would be the preferred operating state vs 'see what the homeowners find, report' and then worry about it attitude.

There's a lot of corners being cut in quality. When those have been addressed to the warranty team, they minimalize it or say that's not a big deal. I think it's a big deal. I spent a lot of money on this house and when there's things falling off or separating, that should be a big deal. The things that have been "fixed" almost made it worse. Kimberly in sales and Chris as a foreman are amazing but everyone else and everything else has been pretty subpar.

Good solid, personable service from Stan and the tradesmen that came in to address issues. Only disappointment I have is with the finish work and concrete, that has necessitated warranty follow up work.

I was not impressed with the excuses that were made why the home took so long to be built. Already my floor is squeaky in many spots. The superintendents did not seem to grasp their position.

I liked how classic didn’t raise the price after the inflation of lumber prices. The price that we signed on the contract is the price we paid at closing. I love the honest business and the transparency. Even with COVID delays our house finished in a timely manner. I appreciate the wolf ranch sales staff; Jennifer, Kimberly and Josh were awesome. Super responsive and helpful. Not much to dislike. Rob and Trent were awesome too. They provided me weekly updates. The sales team sent me weekly pictures.

The only problem was after move in. The painting company that had to touch up areas notes at the walk through splattered paint everywhere. They then rinsed something in my black scratch resistant since and used something to scrape it. There was grit and scratches left in my sink when I moved in that was not there at walk through. I haven’t addressed this with classic yet as we’ve been really busy.

The Sales staff is absolutely amazing. The process was wonderful. The warranty department is great. Project superintendent was great also. The issue is the quality of the work from the trades has significantly gone down and the time work is poorly done. There are many cosmetic issues that are not done well. Dings in door frames, gaps (small spaces) in flooring, paint touch never done, paint on windows outside. It is not the actual Classic staff but the companies doing the work. I believe more people will be dissatisfied due to the quality of the work. I also understand that people aren’t working right now. It’s an unfortunate situation for all parties.

Disliked the lack of response to my texts and questions. I had to call to confirm next steps and appointments. Also, I was told three issues I raised two weeks after my walkthrough would have to go on a separate ticket, with an unknown response timeline. The warranty representation was just ok, mediocre engagement with the customer and no calls to see how things were going or to see if everything was fixed correctly. Just a call to get signatures. Also, it felt like the trades are not solving problems properly. I personally fixed two issues that the trades said would require tearing out garage trim and back yard stucco. Also, had to personally help the electrician fix a basement fixture that was never connected to the light circuit.

The design consultation meeting was really the only hiccup. We did not know that if we did not complete our design in the first in-person meeting, that it would then take another month before we could meet again and finish up the process. This was critical as we could not break ground until the design was done, which set us back a whole month right from the beginning. Additionally, there were certain design choices we would have loved to have known about in advance (that we never even knew existed). One is the third car garage door opener (we did not know it does not come standard). And the other, for our elevation, finishing out the rough build-out of the walls would protect the staples that hold on the stucco. It would also be a safety item for families with young children and animals. We would have signed up for that in an instant.

Warrant has been EXTREMELY difficult to come out and fix severe issues on my home. Over a foot settling around my foundation, won’t fix my mechanical door, can’t close windows properly.

Jennifer on the Sales team was great and continues to be now. Our Design Studio contact made us feel rushed and as if we were imposing her by taking more time to make decisions for our large investment. Then when a selection she made was discontinued, she didn’t call to tell us or have much empathy for how we felt (it was the most expensive upgrade we had). There were some concerns raised with Ryan as well towards the end of the process and he seemed dismissive. There are items he said would be taken care of that are still outstanding.

Love the house and my neighborhood. I have found that the warranty repairs have been the issue. One simple fix has been on-going since day 1 because of the cost of a new Ring system. Pretty small issue to drag on for months.

Love the Sales Team. Dissatisfied with how the lot turned out. It is to slopped in the back yard where we have to have landscaping put in added buried drainage so we don't have a river in our yard every time it rains or snows. Driveway also is to stopped. Ours is the only one that way on the block. Also did not like that house was not cleaned by closing date. Master bath floor still has glue and other stuff that needs professional cleaning, had to clean counter tops because film was not cleaned off.

From the beginning, we wanted to see a reference sheet that detailed the process from contract to move-in to warranty. It could have had stages labeled detailing where we were in the process. Since this seems like a repeatable process with all of these home builds, it would have kept us informed and tracking with you all instead of receiving irregular emails from the sales team during this long process of homebuilding. Though with that said, the sales team was on top of the communication and very professional. We appreciated their quick responses to our email questions. They were always willing to help out. When it came to design, we disliked key aspects of the experience. Design is very important to us. And we felt like we were expected to quickly pick out our interior features without any presentation of what they were. Not only were we forced to do a zoom meeting on our first meeting (due to Covid-19), the lack of communication about optional features and styles left us ignorant of what we really could have had within our home. Like almost everything in this experience, we felt rushed. Our construction process seemed rushed; though our builder has been present and communicative. Some features were not completed during our initial walkthrough. It took another visit to the house to see some things we overlooked. Our builder has been responsive to our requests and is getting some things fixed after our move-in. With so many homes being built, we felt like we didn't have the attention we required for our experience to leave us fully satisfied in our new home. And we have a growing list for the warranty department. Our builder did make sure to contact the warranty department for us as they were too busy to set up a time with us. They didn't even make it to our walkthrough. Home Run Electronics didn't have time to call us before closing and after weeks of phone tag, our builder finally connected us to them. We were very grateful. But this showed how easily we've been overlooked. At the end of the day, we LOVE our house!!! We are thrilled with our location in our neighborhood, and we would recommend Classic Homes to all our friends and family!

When it came to design, we disliked key aspects of the experience. Design is very important to us. And we felt like we were expected to quickly pick out our interior features without any presentation of what they were. Not only were we forced to do a zoom meeting on our first meeting (due to Covid-19), the lack of communication about optional features and styles left us ignorant of what we really could have had within our home. Like almost everything in this experience, we felt rushed. Our construction process seemed rushed; though our builder has been present and communicative. Some features were not completed during our initial walkthrough. It took another visit to the house to see some things we overlooked. Our builder has been responsive to our requests and is getting some things fixed after our move-in. With so many homes being built, we felt like we didn't have the attention we required for our experience to leave us fully satisfied in our new home. And we have a growing list for the warranty department. Our builder did make sure to contact the warranty department for us as they were too busy to set up a time with us. They didn't even make it to our walkthrough. Home Run Electronics didn't have time to call us before closing and after weeks of phone tag, our builder finally connected us to them. We were very grateful. But this showed how easily we've been overlooked. At the end of the day, we LOVE our house!!! We are thrilled with our location in our neighborhood, and we would recommend Classic Homes to all our friends and family!

I worked with a gentleman named Zach. He struggled to meet his commitments to us. In fact we still have two outstanding items that are still not completed that were promised to be completed weeks ago. We are working with Malachi now but he said yesterday it is still being reviewed by Managers. We are ready for this to be completed. We are grateful however that we have seen progress over the long haul but the length of time to complete has been excessive.

Disliked the lack of response to my texts and questions. I had to call to confirm next steps and appointments. Also, I was told three issues I raised two weeks after my walkthrough would have to go on a separate ticket, with an unknown response timeline. The warranty representation was just ok, mediocre engagement with the customer and no calls to see how things were going or to see if everything was fixed correctly. Just a call to get signatures. Also, it felt like the trades are not solving problems properly. I personally fixed two issues that the trades said would require tearing out garage trim and back yard stucco. Also, had to personally help the electrician fix a basement fixture that was never connected to the light circuit.

Warrant has been EXTREMELY difficult to come out and fix severe issues on my home. Over a foot settling around my foundation, won’t fix my mechanical door, can’t close windows properly.

Love the house and my neighborhood. I have found that the warranty repairs have been the issue. One simple fix has been on-going since day 1 because of the cost of a new Ring system. Pretty small issue to drag on for months.

Classic has responded to all of my inquiries and concerns. I think the floor installation was done incorrectly even though they have fixed a few issues, but overall, it was either rushed or something. Grout in the shower, thought most builders had gone away from grout, so hard to clean. Appliances are pretty low end - center burner on stove doesn't work and cannot be used as it leaks gas around it. Dishwasher doesn't clean unless you rinse all dishes first. Love the water heater though and furnace works great. My front door paint is bubbling up.

Ive been told several times that they wont fix the plaster holes that air bubbles caused due to poor craftsmanship. I have a few walls that are off square buy visible amounts. there are holes that i can see light through in the garage (from inside to outside) My kitchen window condensates between the panels. I requested a sink hole be repaired... i had to backfill it myself and repair my landscaping after the laborer came out and made a mess of the place. i had to fight tooth and nail to get them to fix cosmetic drywall crack in the living room BEFORE I CLOSED ON THE PROPERTY. My hardware in the bathrooms isnt mounted correctly so they are all twisted and not secure. the toilet paper holders drop the toilet paper on the ground regularly. i have a toilet that causes negative pressure while flushing and occasionally "burps" sewage air into the master suite. (was told this is normal and they couldnt fix it) Had the original "warranty" guy get belligerent in my house to the point of forcing him to leave. (the current one is absolutely amazing and professional) the light fixtures on the front of garage were cut so large theres a 1/2 of caulking to cover it up. The tile in the master suite is 2 different colors and was told that its normal.... the tile in master suite is also off square by about 3/4 inch over 6 feet. was also told this is normal. the glass installed in the wall of master shower is mounted crooked and was not caulked causing slight water damage before it was caught. the sink in basement takes roughly 7 minutes to have warm water. this is a brief synapsis of the issues ive had since purchasing a 400k+ dollar house. not to mention being told that my expectations are too high when I was questioning why there is paint on my hardwood floor. Or pen marks on my wall from where they tried to mount the bathroom hardware.

There's a lot of corners being cut in quality. When those have been addressed to the warranty team, they minimalize it or say that's not a big deal. I think it's a big deal. I spent a lot of money on this house and when there's things falling off or separating, that should be a big deal. The things that have been "fixed" almost made it worse. Kimberly in sales and Chris as a foreman are amazing but everyone else and everything else has been pretty subpar.
