Felt like it was a semi-custom home-building experience and our superintendent (Marcus) was outstanding! We loved the design experience with Jessica.

We had silty soil upfront and wasn't notified till 4 months later. Would have chosen a different lot. Ent experience wasn't great either. Check with the marketing VP lady. We explained everything. We had a roof truck drive on our property this week and crack two cement pieces that have to be replaced. We had a landscaper here to lay irrigation pipe and 4" drainage all around the downspots. We then had a 20,000 telehandler drive over freshly installed lines damaging them. That part of the system will need to be excavated, remove the damaged pipe to redo that portion of the system. My wife wanted to back out the day of closing. This is our 3rd Classic home and the vendors are not the same as when we built with Diane Sullivan at Jackson creek in 2002

I mostly liked the staff. Everyone, especially Kimberly, Jessica and Jarod were always so helpful. They always made me feel like I could ask anything and were so professional and personable.
