We purchased a rental property from Classic Homes. We desire to use new construction as investment property due to warranty and near term maintenance. Classic Homes also provides property management services for their clients that purchase investment properties. We will use Classic for future investment properties since it is a more full service builder as compared to other builders.

My only complaint was during the final walk through. The hot water was not working. It was possible that the electrician working on an electrical socket was the problem. However, after the closing we went to the home and discovered there wasn’t any hot water. The next day the plumber came by and it was discovered that both heating elements were broken.
