The Consort Homes story is rich in St. Louis homebuilding history beginning more than 85 years ago with the founder of The Jones Company, John E. Jones. Those who know the St. Louis area probably know the name Bob Jones, who was the son of John E. Jones.

I like the people I like the sales representatives I like the whole the whole area. Everything‘s been very, very professionally and pleased and pleasing to me. You’re always gonna find something. That’s not perfect in anything that you buy, but this house is pretty close to perfect.

I was mildy disappointed on move in day. We completed our final home walkthrough a week prior to closing and move-in, and there were things that needed to be fixed and cleaned as expected. We were told in the final home walkthrough that prior to move-in there would be a final cleaning completed to ensure the house was clean before moving in. That wasn't done, and our first day in the house we had to spend cleaning all of the dust off counter surfaces and a lot of effort cleaning the floors. In multiple areas, painters from painting the walls got paint on the floors that we've had to scrub with magic erasers, and haven't been able to get it all up. I do appreciate how helpful the construction manager, [name removed], has been, and how helpful [name removed] in the sales office has been. If I go to them with a problem, they ensure it's taken care of any help to answer any questions. Lastly, there are multiple things we've discovered that were broken upon move in or need to be fixed, that I will need to put tickets in to have resolved

Initial sales person are not Knowledable to guide through all options. Keep mention I am not aware about this model/ product, though we are same model home.

The work towards on building the house is good and I was updated on the progress in every Wednesday but few times I got an update during the work and I expect to be informed but ahead of time
