Seamless and transparency purchase experience from contract through move-in. The only griped I have is there is a lot of tree frogs in the area that has frightened my kids a lot when they see them in the driveway.

After closing no communication. We were told that the home would be keep up thru construction with cleaning, OUR FLOORS ARE HORRIBLE I can not get them looking clean even when cleaning by hand. covering was taken off the vinyl floor before all construction was finished! [name removed] work/ trim and doors are also second-rate (some damaged and used anyway) they look terrible orange peel paint. paint lines and paint spots some walls with custom color have missing paint on them. Paint on fixtures, bannisters. I wish someone in the office upper management, [name removed] or [name removed] would come take a look at the situation. We have been in our home since June 10 and had 3 calls from the vendors to schedule and some no shows. [name removed] drywall is due out on Tuesday 8/4 will would have liked to coordinate more repairs because each time cost us taking vacation time from work. LIKE I love the layout of the home - we are still waiting on light fixtures too.
