Likes: worked through changes with us, timely with the schedule. Dislikes: feel like they could have given better advice sometimes. For example the hose bibs in back, one should be next to the porch, the shower should have a built in shelf by the faucets, the front door knob didn't turn easily and required 2 repair attempts, more thorough discussion about landscaping would have been helpful.

I liked most everything. What I did not like was my experience with the HVAC provider. My home's AC main unit does not meet the standard 18 degree delta between intake and coil. Both units used to have this problem but the Superintendent was able to get the vendor to bring them both closer to inline. During the time I was experiencing this issue, the HVAC vendor removed both of my AC air filters and I didn't notice it for 30days. The coils got dirty and the vendor initially refused to clean them. If it weren't for [name removed] helping us, I'm certain we would have been left hanging. The people who work for [name removed] are great. *We still have no method of finding the under drive way and walk way conduits to run our low voltage lighting with. The concrete vendor did not mark them and [name removed] was not able to find them. This has kept us from running our lighting.

Pleased with all aspects, from choice of plan, selection process for all items in the house,kept me informed of what was happening each week, [name removed] took care of any issue that came up, regularly checked during construction and happy with contractors,

The structure of our home is very good, I.E. framing, rock work, floors, etc. However the finish work is not what it should be. Paint job is not satisfactory, finish trim work required fixes, plaster dropped on porches [removed] driveway not cleaned up. sidewalk at step broke.

Initially we were told that we had to do a walk through several weeks before closing and then we could no long enter the house. It did not turn out like that. We had a second walk through near closing so all was well. They agreed with us on the issues we pointed out and so the final experience was great.

My sales rep ([name removed]) and construction manager ([name removed]) were proactive about keeping me informed of progress and what to expect next. Given that my build was a "Build on your own lot" versus a [name removed] developed community, I was concerned that there might be extended gaps in getting crews to my location. That was absolutely not the case. [name removed] had things moving like clockwork. These guys are outstanding!
