We never worried about anything during the process of purchasing the home or any service needs after the purchase. We love you guys, you’re the best. Sorry I didn’t get this in time but wanted to complete it anyway.

They very thorough and always available. Most builders don't want you talking to the building manager too much and [name removed] was there every step of the way and always open to meeting at the house to talk about things. Build was great so it was usually ideas and questions that arise once you start building and can actually see everything that you don't see on paper.

We stopped by your Model Sales Office (no agent) and met [name removed] (Sales Mgr)...need I say more! She was absolutely terrific and extremely informative...This Giddens Lake home is a 6 month Home for us along with our Palm Springs, CA area home. After meeting with [name removed] she knew we would love this home's location, design & layout for our needs. She made the purchase contract and all proper paperwork go smoothly. In addition, your Construction Mgr. [name removed] made sure we knew everything about the home and its contents from Hvac, Appliances, Wifi, Doors and all internal construction. He made sure that the home was in perfect shape for our closing walk-thru...he is a wealth of information that he said we can always ask him questions when a problem arises. I liked the easy communication and smooth process, including the weekly updates. The build is high quality with small items requiring repair. [name removed] was great at proactively addressing issues. For dislike, I wish there had been some flexibility on minor changes, still understanding [name removed] position to not accept changes beyond a certain point.

Love the look and quality, appliances are of high quality! Had problem with my ovens, call manufacturer, came out next day problem fixed, problem solved! Giddens Homes superintendent, stayed with me through any hiccups! The only complaint I have, the grass planted in the front of the house, was not the quality expected, like the home!

The fit and finish of the home. The people involved including [name removed], [name removed], [name removed] were very easy to work with and did everything they said they would. [name removed] has gone beyond in his after sale support with the house.

The warranty and customer care provided by our builder [name removed] has been amazing. He is always will to help and there is virtually zero wait time from the call.

Overall this was a good experience, this was my first custom build from scratch. [name removed] was great to work with. What I dislike is the small things that have broken. Like oven and microwave not working, those have been resolved. Drawers coming loose off the soft close feature, off and on breaking. But what I really dislike is the irrigation sprinkler issues I keep having. I have wasted so much water it’s insane. I find new leaks weekly. If I had to do it again I would spend more time about placement of septic and propane location.
