What we loved about our experience buying a Giddens Home (we have bought many homes over the years) was our wonderful experience with [name removed]! She treated us from start to finish with incredible professionalism along with complete information about the home we purchased from the quality workmanship down to the details of the appliances and even the trims. She was also helpful along the way guiding us through the purchasing process...we never felt pressured, only reassured! She definitely knows the Giddens Homes products from A to Z...Great experience for The [name removed] Family...

What I liked most: I appreciated the seamless purchase experience, especially the professionalism and responsiveness of [name removed], the builder, and [name removed], the sales manager. [name removed] ensured that any questions or concerns I had were addressed promptly and thoroughly, both before and after move-in. Meanwhile, [name removed] made the contract process straightforward and stress-free, demonstrating exceptional knowledge and patience as he guided me through the purchase of this spec home. Their combined efforts made the entire experience enjoyable and hassle-free. What I disliked most: Honestly, there wasn’t much to dislike. Any minor issues I encountered were quickly resolved, thanks to [name removed]’s dedication and [name removed]’s attentiveness.

Love the personalization you can make to floorplan to fit your needs. Quality choices in the design center. [name removed] was very easy to work with and did not feel pressured.

They very thorough and always available. Most builders don't want you talking to the building manager too much and [name removed] was there every step of the way and always open to meeting at the house to talk about things. Build was great so it was usually ideas and questions that arise once you start building and can actually see everything that you don't see on paper.
