We stopped by your Model Sales Office (no agent) and met [name removed] (Sales Mgr)...need I say more! She was absolutely terrific and extremely informative...This Giddens Lake home is a 6 month Home for us along with our Palm Springs, CA area home. After meeting with [name removed] she knew we would love this home's location, design & layout for our needs. She made the purchase contract and all proper paperwork go smoothly. In addition, your Construction Mgr. [name removed] made sure we knew everything about the home and its contents from Hvac, Appliances, Wifi, Doors and all internal construction. He made sure that the home was in perfect shape for our closing walk-thru...he is a wealth of information that he said we can always ask him questions when a problem arises. What we loved about our experience buying a Giddens Home (we have bought many homes over the years) was our wonderful experience with [name removed]! She treated us from start to finish with incredible professionalism along with complete information about the home we purchased from the quality workmanship down to the details of the appliances and even the trims. She was also helpful along the way guiding us through the purchasing process...we never felt pressured, only reassured! She definitely knows the Giddens Homes products from A to Z...Great experience for The [name removed] Family...

Would have liked a complete list of all available options and upgrades. Feel like we missed out on a few things because we didn't know about them. Did feel like the cost of changes and upgrades was fairly reasonable.

[name removed] was working hard to give us a good product! [name removed] subcontractors and some craftsmen delivered some poor quality work that we have been trying to address since. We are finding that the warranty workers seem much more competent by and large than the people who initially installed and did Quality Control on several items/systems. [name removed] closing and office staff were superb.

Easy to contact [name removed] and he follows up well. There have been/are some sub contractors that have had slow response times but [name removed] has been effective in engaging when needed.

All [name removed]'s people involved were outstanding. Specifically, [name removed] and [name removed] [name removed] were responsive, helpful, tenacious in making things right, etc. It was a wonderful experience building from multiple states away.

We love [name removed] and it was very evident to us from the very beginning that [name removed] was a top notch builder. [name removed] was very knowledgeable about the home industry and was able to answer all our questions in a timely manner. He suggested changing the plan and enlarging a room to make into a media room. My husband has always dreamed of having a media room and so this is naturally his favorite room of the house. [name removed] is also knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make us happy. We loved the fact that he was very honest and let us know what could or could not be done and followed through with everything that he said would be done. [name removed] design center experience was great and they were very patient and helpful. When I went to look at the house the lumber driver was there dropping off materials. He explained to me that [name removed] uses the best plywood and lumber to construct their houses. I was very impressed because he didn't work for [name removed] and still had all good comments to make about the company. [name removed] closing went smoothly and I loved that the [name removed] family all worked for the company. I believe the granddaughter covered for [name removed] in the sales office and she was extremely helpful and the grandson went over paperwork at closing. We love our house and were very happy we choose [name removed] to build our house. We would definitely buy another house that was built by [name removed]. We also liked that closing was on time, even during an ice storm!

Sales rep [name removed] was really fantastic to work with and made our first-time experience really pleasant. Our builder rep [name removed] was also great...very patient with us and responsive to all of our questions and concerns. [name removed] quality of the house is about everything we expected. We are really please. There are two concerns I'm not quite sure how or who to address with. May seem insignificant, but to us, they should be right. One is the back steps leading down the back patio to the ground level. [name removed] steps terminate into grass. [name removed] originally concerned until I noticed all of the other [name removed] similar-style homes built afterward have a nice concrete base/step at the bottom of the patio steps, providing a concrete base for the steps to attach versus running directly into the ground. [name removed] second concern is the quality of landscaping. Front yard is rather rough and it seems all other neighborhood [name removed] home lawns are smooth and finished a little nicer. There is some more digging to do by the LPG provider (not for us but for the houses next to us, but attaching in our front yard). [name removed] lawn should be repaired fully afterward. [name removed] river rock along the road is not particularly aesthetic (uneven and weeds already growing through...not sure if there is any kind of weed barrier under the rock).

I liked how responsive, [name removed], our sales manager and [name removed], our construction manager were and still are. Always willing to ask questions and get back to us in a timely manner. Only dislike was the cleanliness of the house when we moved in. Cleaning crew could have done a better job of cleaning tile floors and getting tape residue off of tile floors. Better cleaning of backsplash as well.

We enjoyed working with [name removed]. He was honest and didn’t give us my false hopes while being compassionate and working with us. We love that [name removed] is local and any approvals that [name removed] couldn’t commit to came from the owner and not a middle man/manager. [name removed] has been absolutely wonderful to work with. Again he has been honest and forthright with our expectations while working hard to make sure we are happy with results. [name removed] only reason we gave an 8 on met expectations is because we are still working through some minor things right now but have full confidence that it will all be fixed. We honestly really don’t have any complaints about the building and buying process. This is not our first build but this is our first custom. So many people told us that this would be a stressful process but it was easy and actually enjoyable. We tell everyone who will listen that we built and [name removed] and recommend the company.
