Our sales representative, [name removed], was excellent and the main reason we came back to [name removed] for our second home. [name removed] was the GC on our new home and did an exceptional job, delivering on each of our unique needs or requests. In the case he couldn't he was very transparent and did not commit to something he couldn't deliver. My wife and I really struggled selling our previous home and the [name removed] family worked with us until we got it sold and we were very grateful for their actions. The only feedback we have on improvements, would be areas that we feel should be included in the purchase of a $1M+ home. Small details but a list of considerations: programming all garage door openers, sealing tile grout, greater selection of cabinet hardware or flexibility to purchase elsewhere and then installing, greater selection of barn doos or ability to purchase elsewhere and then installing, custom closet buildouts and landscaping flexibility. To speak more to landscaping, we had sections of our lawn that had 3' to 4" gaps between pieces of sod. In addition, the ability design beds, add edging or screening to prevent rodent/snake entry. Overall we are very happy with our home and would definitely recommend [name removed] to our friends and family.

Very helpful and friendly people. [name removed], sales associate was a great help showing the available lots and plans. [name removed] construction overall is a high quality and quality. [name removed] is also a detailed oriented contractor who is on call whenever you need.

The list of what was standard and what was an option was constantly changing, which caused confusion. However, our sales manager, [name removed], and builder, [name removed], helped clarify throughout the process. Additionally, not having an idea of the selections/options available to us prior to entering the design center made it difficult to be efficient and overwhelming on the day of design selection. Despite this, [name removed] went out of his way throughout the process to accommodate our requests. He also took pictures throughout the process to keep us up to date on the build. [name removed] was very prompt in response to any of our concerns/questions and worked hard to make sure the quality of the build was up to our standard.

What I liked most: I appreciated the seamless purchase experience, especially the professionalism and responsiveness of [name removed], the builder, and [name removed], the sales manager. [name removed] ensured that any questions or concerns I had were addressed promptly and thoroughly, both before and after move-in. Meanwhile, [name removed] made the contract process straightforward and stress-free, demonstrating exceptional knowledge and patience as he guided me through the purchase of this spec home. Their combined efforts made the entire experience enjoyable and hassle-free. What I disliked most: Honestly, there wasn’t much to dislike. Any minor issues I encountered were quickly resolved, thanks to [name removed]’s dedication and [name removed]’s attentiveness.

We have thoroughly appreciated the commitment to resolving issues we've brought up since living in the home. Having said that, there are a few items that have brought the experience down. 1. The cabinets in the kitchen were finished poorly and had copious amounts of touch up wax that even those that came in to do a proper paint finish told us that it was done wrong. 2. We had to get a large number of windows replaced. The low quality of the windows is something we have been continuously pointing out throughout our experience. Even when the windows were replaced, they had to send people back out to properly install the trim around the windows again because the first crew left the trim installed obviously wrong. I assume the windows on the high ceilings have no issues as I can't get up there myself. 3. The most egregious issue that currently remains to be fixed is that of our oven flipping the breaker when not in use. We have been back and forth with technicians from both whirlpool and the electricians and no one can come up with an answer. This issue remains to be solved, but I will say [name removed] is sticking with us throughout the whole ordeal and doing a good job of ensuring the quality promised. 4. A week or so ago the soft close rail came off one of the cabinets. It was, fortunately, easy to pop back in, but is another knock on the quality of the cabinets installed. 5. The most recent point of regret is that we noticed the option for a media room in the large unused space upstairs was made available. We constantly inquired about this being an option when we bought and were told it wasn't possible. Overall, the quality of the home is good, but it feels like we bought a guenie pig house in some regards.

I felt a little uneasy with the building manager [name removed] at first because he came across as dismissive of our concerns. However, I think we just got off on the wrong foot and he was easy to work with in subsequent interactions. I did not like the delay in the window replacements and the position of the power outlet in the bathroom is not ideal.
