Overall, I believe the home is an excellent build but the fit and finish of a couple things are extremely unsatisfactory. The base boards in the house are very poorly finished. Several of cuts where the boards meet are filled full of caulking and painted over. There are several runs and dirt in the paint on the base boards and there are many nail heads visible. Some of my windows have a red residue on the frame and I can't seem to get it off. It seems like some type of aerosol overspray that may have been used adjacent to the windows. The fence is also a source of dissatisfaction. Where many of the panels meet the posts, the installer put 2 tack welds on either side of the panel attaching it to the post and then covered the joint with black silicone. Not only is it not a solid weld, its covered with black silicone to hide that it isn't welded nor painted. This will be a pain to correct. Overall, I think it is a good house but there are a few simple things that just really come up short for the caliber or work I was expecting to get. [name removed] has been great to work with and in all fairness, I have not submitted a warranty claim for the fence or the windows. I did submit one for the baseboards but the attempt at cleaning them up wasn't much of an improvement.

The warranty service has, thus far, been great! [name removed] is super responsive and always professional. He has been easy to work with and resolved each and every issue (no matter how small) to our satisfaction. He is knowledgeable and always gives options and professional advice. The teams that have come out to repair various issues have (for the most part) been friendly, clean and respectful -- and have done a great job with repairs without causing any further issues.

Customer service has been great. Many of the things I have had issues with have been resolved. I have had more warranty claims with components such as windows, furnace, and microwave. I wish I hadn't had these issues, but I understand that these issues are not at the fault of [name removed].

I really can't say anything was unpleasant from the time we walked in and met with [name removed] to [name removed]'s walk through to the closing table. Everyone at [name removed] was very helpful and professional.
