Even though most of my requests have been solved, there’s always stories and hurdles to get my point across. As a customer I dont like hearing “we are not a maintenance company”. Well, if things are broken or not working the way it should within the bounda of the warranty agreement then it needs to be fixed, not about maintenance.

[name removed] process and the people were great, but the amount of things left unfinished or poorly done was way more than expected. With [name removed] being an award winning builder we had higher expectations than with our previous [name removed] home. [name removed] bones of the home might be great but its hard to have confidence in that when there are so many visible concerns.

[name removed] house was poorly built. Subpar contractors did a bad job to start with and if something goes wrong they just keep sending the same people out to try and fix it. Some problems end worst than they started. There are number of things that do not meet the guidelines set out in the warranty doc, but after the first round of having contractors in my house day in and day out for 5+ weeks I am dreading asking to get it fixed. Because of the market [name removed] is selling homes at $900k where as before the house might have been $500k when you are that close to $1m I would expect for the home depict that. Simple things that should have been done right the first time were looked over as if it was nothing. [name removed] experience of getting things corrected again is a headache, yeah great you are sending the same person that messed it up to begin with or you are telling me that something is in tolerance and now that I have looked up the actual warranty it is not. If this is the experience people should expect with this brand the awards on the website should not be advertised. [name removed] really messed up on a number of homes out here and they are willing to take 0 accountability. Initially I was trying to let them just correct things because I thought they were really trying to make things right but then I realized that they are not actually being fixed they are being patched with crappy workmanship. I do not think that [name removed] will truly care about the experience with these homes until lawyers get involved.

There were a few things that weren't explained 100%, such as I needed to purchase the spa package upgrade to have anything other than a rain shower head, and I felt as though I have seen pictures of design center options that were never shown to me, or even mentioned they were available. Small, and minor overall, have been very pleased with the transparency of the process otherwise.

[name removed] only thing i have disliked is finding out that other homeowners seemed to have been offered items that we were not aware of that we would have appreciated to have been offered to us. Here are three things that stand out: Full gutters (we likely would have done) A programmable garage control panel outside St. [name removed] grass
