We do love our home! We’ve had a number of warranty requests and craftsmanship issues. Recently one of our kitchen cabinets completely came off. The floors have needed repair twice, the shower door has been fixed twice. Different cabinets have needed reglued, the caulk has already needed several repairs. The ac was out of Freon. The sprinklers needed recalibrated and didn’t work when we first turned them on. It’s just been a lot of little things that have added up.
