It seems like the walkthrough did not have any follow through. There are still items on the outside that need to be addressed. The warranty process has been pretty good though.

[name removed] and [name removed] were INCREDIBLE to work with. Every single time we had a problem or question they were on it immediately and always were on our side to get things in proper shape. [name removed] even helped pull some strings with [name removed] in order to help us get internet setup faster after TDS dropped the ball, this made our whole experience soooo much more stress free I can't recommend them enough. During our walkthroughs [name removed] was willing to have them do literally anything and everything small to make sure we enjoyed our home, i've never seen this level of commitment from a warranty person before and should be the industry standard!

Warranty has been great so far. Taking initiative to make sure we know they will take care of any and all concerns we have. They have made the proper repairs to a few items we wanted to get addressed instead of a Band aid fix they did what wasn’t convenient but what was right and we appreciate that. They even go above and beyond their standard terms to make sure you as a homeowner don’t feel taken. Thank you.

At first impression service was great from John Mendoza and Kriss Speers, once the layoff hit service fell off greatly. Month 5 now and we still have outstanding repairs that have been started but not completed. One item of major concern is the fence that was signed off in the contract, brought up in several construction meetings but then denied, speaking with David Robinson I quickly realised this gentleman that overlooks the sales team lacks empathy and is clearly a toxic leader lacking the common decency to speak the truth looking at closing sales at any cost even if it means instructing his team to lie to clients

Liked the fact [name removed] was so informative about every update going on with the house. He took pictures for us to see, since we lived out of state. He called or texted us pictures of all of the important stages of the home being built. [name removed] has been awesome through the whole experience and still continues to check up on us, even though we've already moved in etc. Disliked that we were left guessing about some of the numbers on the closing costs, etc on the mortgage side of things. Initially our questions were answered quickly with [name removed], and then once we locked our rate, he rarely got back to us. At our closing, we didn't know we had to have certain things done prior b/c there was no communication from him. We're still uncertain about some things...

The quality of build was sub par in almost every phase. Your contractors were sloppy, seemingly uncaring, unprofessional, unqualified perhaps. Apparently, Horizon View Homes lets them get away with this kind of work. Clayton, our superintendent, was absolutely awesome! I was constantly pointing out to him the lack of craftsmanship and quality of work. He arranged to have everything fixed that I complained about. It was obvious that he had way too much to keep up with, perhaps another superintendent is in order, to service your customers correctly. These things should be taken care of long before I see them, I should not have to point out flaws. If you would like specifics, let me know. I sense that this will be scanned and discarded, and don't want to put in a lengthy amount of time needlessly. Rihanna was equally awesome!! From start to finish she was patient, friendly, professional, knowledgeable about her craft. She was a joy to work with, as was Clayton. Natalie was over the top as far as patience. On the original walk through, she spent 5 hours with us going over everything, addressing our many concerns about the lack of quality. She continues to communicate with us as we negotiate the many fixes needed. She is a keeper, to say the least. Shayne is the sales agent in Hidden Valley. We stopped in there first, looked at some homes with him. When he recognized that he did not have the home for us, he personally XXXXX ed us to Hunters Crossing and hooked us up with Rihanna, resulting in a sale for Horizon View. Thanks, Shayne! Let me say that your contractors are very mediocre, but your employees are absolutely top notch. We love the floor plan that we selected, and after only 3 weeks living here, are very pleased with it. Unfortunately, we continue to find issues that weren't noticed at the beginning. We would recommend Horizon View as a provider of a great floor plan, and incredible employees, but would caution anyone about your contractors and poor, poor quality of workmanship.

We are very pleased with the Quality of our home. Horizon View provided us with lots of upgrade options to choose from. They were always diligent with their responses to all of our questions and concerns. Jack and I were very delight to work with Rianna from the start. Natale during our final walk through and presentation of the our new Home. They are very both very knowledged in their positions at Horizon View. Which in return placed strong confidence in our decision to work with Horizon View Homes..

The only thing we liked was John our original sales person. At the end we liked Shelby and Natalie as they were most helpful. We didn’t like Rianna as we had too many issues with her and also on top of that never got accurate update on our house. They were also wrong. Once we moved in the home seemed well done but after being here almost a month. We were disappointed in the quality of the home. We still haven’t heard anything about our roof situation. We also have a chip in our LVP flooring. We were told someone would come and take a look to fix. And nothing thus far. Just disappointed

I disliked that the price changed when we went to sign the contract when we had asked to confirm the price. Then the item we had to pay more money for, caused 2.5 months of problems, where for a couple months we could not use the main shower. I did like that the team tried to work with us on our schedule, but it was not great having so many people come in and out of our house.

We were told that they would get a whip installed for our hot tub our incentive because they put our electrical box outside the house instead of inside. [name removed] problem was they put the breaker box but not the whip. So we had to pay for it out of our pocket ($300). [name removed] landscape in our backyard is horrible. We have a swamp in our backyard. We talked to the landscapers to fix it and nothing has been done. Still waiting.
