I liked the overall experience. I disliked the warranty scheduling as most of the time it could only happen during the week and until 4, which does not work for people with jobs.

The on site team, [name removed] and [name removed] were great! Truly the best. However- the loan officer and title was a mess the whole way through. Lack of good communication until the end of the process. Not transparent on cost from the start and the day of closing was a nightmare. Nothing was prepared on time and then closed without the down payment because lack of preparedness. When trying to submit down payment, asked for information on how to wire and was treated very rudely and poorly by title and had no communication with loan officer at the time of close. The home is wonderful and again, the on site team was amazing. But unfortunately the rest of the process was a nightmare. Still have not had water set up in our names by title and we have been in the house for a month. Was also contacted by our insurance saying we were at risk for losing our insurance because it had not been paid.

Disliked the experience with the contractor who replaced the shower pan. The tile contractor was awesome. The vent cleaner contractor was awesome The HVAC contractor was awesome

I think the home was well priced compared to the rest of the market and I very much liked the builder incentives with helping the purchase of our home. The only issues I have with the house is the craftsmanship of the drywall and cracks in the concrete.

Everything happened according to schedule which was great. A few bumps in the road were always addressed and fixed. The contract was transferred from my dad's name to myself but it seemed to not be transferred in all areas of the team in a timely manner so I felt I missed communications being sent out. This survey was finally sent to me but it is still addressed to [name removed]. Xcel never did a meter reading till after my first month so I was originally billed for the month and a half prior to my move in. It was corrected by [name removed] thankfully but created additional undue stress.
